1. The hotel is conveniently located: Belgekiz beach is a 10-minute walk along the central street of Oludeniz
2. Very tasty and varied food. I am delighted with rice, which has never been my favorite dish. But here they cook it just super 👌
3. The green territory of the hotel with trees on which pomegranates, persimmons, lemons ripen. Bougainvillea blooms all around. Two pools provide coolness and an opportunity to relax.
That's where I'm ready to end the review, because it was my first experience in a 3-star hotel. I realized that the level of comfort and quality of service are much more important to me, so I am grateful for this experience, but I will not repeat it anymore.

As for the hotel itself: the pools are clean, the dining room (that's what I'll call it ) : not as clean as in the Top Five, but you won't stay hungry for sure: boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, five types of greens, olives, olives, sausages, cereals, milk, cheese three types: cheese, mozzarella and ordinary hard cheese, jam, butter, soft cheese and buns, melon and watermelon and it's all for breakfast, for lunch cream tomato soup, two types of meat, rice, pasta, tortillas with cheese, as well as fresh and pickled vegetables, olives and olives, a sea of greens, and watermelon and melon, for dinner It's about the same as for lunch. This hotel in Oludeniz is the most budget-friendly, you should not expect much, you need to understand where and what you are going for.

My first room was on the 1st floor 506 - I didn't like it, but I can live. Minus: everything is not new, of course, you can't open windows and doors, everyone walks by.
Moved into room 631: a completely different matter, everything is wonderful, clean, cozy, third floor, view of the sea) cleaned.
There are no telephones in the rooms, the TVs are just like a piece of furniture) During the night, the water cools down - you can't take a shower in the morning) it warms up for lunch and dinner.
Food: you won't stay hungry. Although there were people who were not satisfied with the food. But for me, everything was for every taste.

Классный отель,отличная локация ! Вид со всех сторон на горы ! Кормят отлично , шведский стол, блюда на мангале , каждый раз что-то новое! Два бассейна ! Классный бар с напитками различными ! Вкусное пиво , джин, вино. До моря спокойным шагом 10 минут Единственный минус это номера и уборка в них ! Уровень не очень ! Поправить уборку и немного получше сделать номера , так отелю можно дать все 4 звезды !

Отель на твёрдую 4 для 3* всё хорошо. Персонал ненавязчивый, хорошие ребята, шеф повар отличный всё очень вкусно и разнообразно(для 3* отлично) Вот с уборкой не заморачиваются, а мне и не нужно, убрались 1 раз за 8 дней, мне достаточно, не люблю, когда каждый день убираются, я столько не спорю .
Отель рекомендую.

We lived in room 533 with a sea view. We came to the unmade room after 14:00, the cleaning was done after 16:00.

It can be seen that initially the hotel was at a high level, a beautiful garden, two swimming pools, not a small area for Oludeniz. Now he is "floating" by inertia and quietly waiting for the end - such was the feeling.
Alas, we have "gone" small bottles of wine from the refrigerator during cleaning. They put it to cool down and now....
New things with tags, bought on vacation, disappeared from the tourists' room!
Despite these disadvantages, our vacation turned out to be bright, sincere in the circle of pleasant hotel guests, magnificent mountains, the sea of crazy color!
The cost of the trip was small and we accepted the shortcomings calmly))

Отдыхали с дочкой во второй половине мая.
Отель расположен на центральной улице, в тихом месте.
До моря - 10 мин пешочком.
В отеле очень приветливый персонал.
Вкусная и свежая еда.
Номера, конечно старенькие, но всё чисто.
Соотношение цена-качество, порадовало.
Непременно вернёмся в Олюдениз. Природа завораживает!

Отдыхали с мужем в сентябре 2022г, отель тихий, спокойный, находится по выше шумной улицы.
Комната была чистая, кондиционер, холодильник, телефон, фен в принципе все есть необходимое, уборку проводили через день.
Питание было разнообразные блюда, завтрак, обед, ужин, ланч, выпечка обалденная, торты на любой вкус.
Повар замечательный!
Бар работает с 10 часов утра до 11 часов вечера, напитки всякие. Музыка.
До моря 10 минут ходьбы, до голубой лагуны 20 минут.
Очень развит параглайдинг, полёты на парашюте.
Очень понравилось, всё замечательно, планируем ещё раз приехать.

Отдыхаю сейчас в этом отеле. Из плюсов только виды, куда не посмотришь везде горы.
А теперь минусы:
Жилищный фонд весь ушатанный, тв не работает по всему отеля, WiFi только в зоне рецепции, кондиционер дали без пульта, просто настроили его на включение и объяснили, что когда мы в номере он будет работать, уборки в номере нет. Питание каждый раз меняют 1 основное блюдо, все гарнир и салаты однообразные. Фрукты это стандартный набор арбуз, яблоко, дыня, апельсин. Бар: один напиток в 1 руки, из алкоголя только джин и водка. Пиво без алкогольное, без вкусное.
До моря 750 метров, спускается к морю с горы, а поднимаешься уже в гору.
Олюденис все очень дорого. Курс обмена доллара минимальный 22.50 за доллар.

Отель старый, обстановка не менялась со времён основания, я уверен. Все, начиная от тарелок, заканчивая бильярдным столом у бара, побитое, потертое, скрипящие и готовится издать предсмертный вздох. Все в пыли, все ящики разваливаются в руках, а пузатые телевизоры будут напоминать о лихих 90х, когда этот отель был прекрасен. Еда сносная, не отравились. Но рассчитывать на просто вкусные блюда, без разнообразия можно только в обед. Алкоголь не пил, не могу ничего сказать по этому поводу. На ужин делают обычно блюдо гриль на таком оборудовани, что шаурма на вокзале вам покажется верхом санитарии и чистоты. В номерах "убираются", но как были капли от тряпки грязные под раковиной, так они и не исчезли, пока я сам их не вытер. На английском никто не говорит, все через Гугл переводчик. Да, цена у него ниже остальных. Но трижды подумайте, соглашаясь на тур в данный отель. А если поедете, будьте готовы не обращать внимание на бытовые неудобства, дряхлое все, что может быть дряхлым, и грязь.

Отдыхали 16-24 августа 2023. Номерной фонд требует ремонта, как повезёт, 531 номер сломался кондей, пересилили в 515 на ночь ,он чуть меньше все было ок и потом с напоминанием , что нами оплачен большой номер, пересилили в 511, где капала с потолка вода в ванной из 531. Там и остались благо кондей работал исправно. Не напомнили бы, остались бы тесниться в 511. Девушка Изгюль (или что-то вроде того) на ресепшн прикидывалась, что не говорит по английски, оказалось говорит. Требуйте. Одета как на дискотеку, обжимается с кем-то в комнате с жалюзи. Ужасно.Номер могут не убрать, требуйте, уберут. В ванной без уборки жить невозможно. Еда: голодными не будете точно. Рыба была каждый день, что порадовало. Но не опаздывайте. Мое опоздание в 10 мин оставило меня без обеда, сотрудники убегали от меня с мисками. Мы закрыты, обед окончен)). Бассейны: неплохие, хлорку вечером руками кидают в воду. Детский бассейн не был наполнен, а мы на него рассчитывали, приехали с 1.5 года ребёнком. Лежаков мало, много сломанных, дело до них нет никому. Детская площадка есть, пользовались, нормально. Бар у бассейна: пиво безалкогольное, вино ужасное. Какие-то смешные ограничения. Босс сидит (мужик худощавый в возрасте) у бара порой следит за кем-то. Смех. Музыку не включают, а если включают, то не для вас)) Селят мужчин другой ориентации, будьте внимательны, если приехали с детьми. Сад чудесный.

Beautiful territory, gorgeous views, but everything is very tired and not well-groomed. The children's pool was dry, one of the pools was closed- dirty; the rooms are in need of repair, foliage everywhere, dirty tile- tiles near the pool, the bar was empty, the food was suitable for 3*.

Отдыхаю в отеле Дориан в настоящее время, т е. сентябрь 2022г. Отель хороший, тихий, свои звёзды оправдывает полностью, Очень хорошее расположение у отеля. До ближайшего пляжа Бельчигиз 10-15 минут , до Голубой лагуны я хожу 25 мин. ( это с учётом, что по территории лагуны иду 10 мин. до места, которое облюбовала для себя). Лагуна - место райское! Но это уже другая история))) Про отель: кухня очень приличная, еда вся вкусная, повар - молодец. В отеле есть свой хамам. Очень рекомендую! Жена владельца хамам - Динара говорит на русском. Джелал - брат владельца хамама изумительно делает массаж и пенный и масляный. Поверьте, мне есть с чем сравнивать. Итак, резюме - рекомендую отель Дориан , сама вернулась бы сюда однозначно!

Three for two. You won't be hungry. The room can be in the attic, with a paid standard. The staff is lax. Only a few people know English. Not to mention Russian. The location is good, away from the noise. The nature and the sea are gorgeous. The beds have not been changed in 13 nights not once. Water flowed into the room from the floor above. No one responded to the request.

I didn't find any advantages! The water was hot only in the interval 19.00-21.00. Complete unsanitary conditions!
