A luxury dormitory. Smart climate control of the premises, the latest kitchen equipment,an electric multi-grill barbecue, quiet elevators, bright ventilated corridors, a modern playground, cute and smiling residents have never been part of this hostel.

The inability to drive up to it all year round. The entrance to the entrance is unpaved, there are potholes on the road, dirt in summer, and in winter it is never cleared of snow and ice of housing and communal services. 👎👎👎😪😪😪
