In my opinion, it sounded like the store would be open on weekends from mid-October!

The manager confirmed the order, on the day of pickup, he once again clarified whether I would pick up the suitcase, to which he received confirmation. I come to Kozlov and get the answer: we don't have it available, the managers don't know what they have, look at the flow of people we have. No alternatives with delivery were offered.
