It is never a place focused on customer satisfaction, I bought coats from the store 2 days ago. Although the receipt and the label were on everything, they did not accept a refund. They said our policy is not like that. Moreover, they sent it to another branch for refund. They told us to come in the afternoon, and then they didn't make a refund and gave us a gift voucher. Moreover, the employee did not inform us that there was no refund when selling the product. I've never seen anything like it. It is not a quality store and does not trust its products, forcing you to spend money. I never recommend it.
