We rested here in October, we really liked the hotel, a neat small room, always clean, cleaning was every day, breakfasts were ordinary, but there were a lot of snacks)) we were not hungry, delicious tea and Turkish coffee, pleasant and friendly staff) when we told them that we would not be able to get to breakfast because of the tour, we even collected sandwiches and fruits with us on the road)
In general, a good location, near the metro and tram, a lot of exchangers (and the most profitable ones are in this area of Laleli)
The hotel is not bad, the breakfasts are good. We didn't go to the SPA. The three of us lived together and we were put in room 2+1, a very small and cramped room, but clean. Upon request to change the room to a full-fledged three-month one, we were told that the tour operator paid and settled there. We asked the tour operator Biblio Globus for a full triple room. They promised us a three-room suite. The Biblio Globe used to be better. It's been disappointing lately.
Excellent hotel in the center of Istanbul with breakfast and new rooms. I stay there every time I visit Istanbul. Take a close look when ordering a room: economy without windows on the ground floor. Take it with a view of the garden.
The advantages are location and price!! It was relatively comfortable to spend the night, breakfast was more or less.. it's better to walk and eat in the city, just spend the night here)) but not a bedbug!
A small cozy hotel. The single room has a bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, electric kettle, tea/coffee/sugar, personal hygiene products (replenished daily). The room is cleaned daily. The breakfasts were included in my tour and they were good! The staff is very friendly
We came from Almaty. Stayed a week, economy room. The location of the hotel is very good. However, the address on the map does not show quite correctly.
The breakfasts are delicious. A bit of a problem with the noise isolation of the rooms. Or we had noisy neighbors.
The staff is friendly, even gave Istanbul cards to use.
Not everyone knows Russian, all the employees were local.
When choosing a hotel, we looked at the rating and reviews in the booking.
I recommend the hotel.
I almost forgot, it was my birthday, the staff was congratulated with a cake. It was very nice))
I could describe in detail all the pros and cons of this hotel, but one minus crossed out everything - our things were stolen from the room. Things are new, with tags, just bought - women's jeans and, sorry, underpants. The missing underwear was discovered on the last day when they were going to. I didn't want to think that it was theft, we decided that we had stuffed it somewhere ourselves and maybe they would be found later… And they forgot about jeans-they were going at night, tired and tortured. In addition, they were stolen along with the branded package and all the checks, as we later realized. In general, they realized on the way home, unfortunately (otherwise they would have called the police, of course, and so on.) They wrote to the hotel - they seemed to try to pretend that they were finding out something. They said that only the cleaner came into our room in our absence, and left the room only with towels and bed linen) but they trusted her in every possible way and she could not steal things. And, they also wondered if we had lost our things somewhere else. We asked them to send the camera footage of us returning to the room - they clearly show that we came to the hotel with these packages. In addition, these items were in different packages, and the second part of the laundry bag was in the room. In short, the position of the hotel is that there is no way things could have been stolen from the room, even if we are 100 percent sure that they were there. Evaporated?) And in personal correspondence, they babbled something there that they could compensate us for part of the payment when we next visit them)) In general, we said goodbye to things, no one was punished except us for our trust in the hotel and the staff
Very convenient location of the hotel. Within walking distance of attractions, tram line.
Polite staff. The numbers don't match the expectation. The photo on the website is a good job of the photographer)))
A good hotel, in the very center of the torgashey district, within walking distance are such attractions as the Hagia Sophia Mosque, Sulimani Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque ona de Sultanahmet, Gulhane Park, Old Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Market, Constantine Column, Obelisk Square, Istanbul Archaeological Museum and many more, tram nearby The T1 route is all over the city. the hotel staff is very friendly, they speak Russian, which helped a lot...
I am currently staying at this hotel. The air conditioner did not work in the room that we were given upon check-in. We suffered the first night and were moved to another room. 3 days went well, but today the air conditioner is not working again. There is a shop working around the clock under the windows, in which someone is talking and laughing all the time, and our compatriots are also swearing. The air conditioner can only heat the air up to 26 degrees. The hotel staff tells us that this is a comfortable temperature and suggests bringing a HEATER!!! I can't call it anything but bullying. I have no idea how we're going to sleep tonight.
Otherwise, the hotel is great...
The hotel is above all praise in the center of Istanbul. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need, very clean and cozy. Walking distance to the main attractions, a great breakfast, which is included in the price, and the restaurant itself is excellent, we had dinner several times, all the dishes are on top at reasonable prices☺️
A nice little hotel, but be careful there are no windows in the economy rooms. If you only come to spend the night, then it is normal, quiet, there is no noise from the street))
We were in February for 8,500₽ - 3 nights, breakfast included. For this money, it's a great option, if it's more expensive, then it's worth thinking about.
