I stayed for 2 days. Hotel is in the cosiest place in Fatih. Personal are very kind. Too many mosques nearby. Breakfast is simple not too variable. No grapefruit for example

The old Istanbul 5* hotel is conveniently located, a 45-minute transfer from the airport without traffic jams. The rooms are large, there is a comfortable large bed, parking, delicious rich breakfasts.

The hotel is located in the non-tourist area of Fatih, near the metro station, the tram is a 10-minute walk away. There is a supermarket within walking distance, a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. The Starbucks is on the ground floor.
The breakfasts are delicious, varied, many varieties of cheese, dried fruits, Turkish sweets, vegetables, fruits, cold cuts, hot.
In the rooms there is an iron, a board, a kettle, a hairdryer, a minibar. He needs a $100 deposit. There were no dressing gowns. Bottled drinking water was provided free of charge every day.
The cleaning is good, the water pressure is decent. Probably the best hotel for relaxation, in the evenings there are no crowds of tourists under the windows.

It doesn't pull for 5 stars, but you can live pleasantly.
Minuses :
- there are no Russian-speaking staff
- the audibility is the strongest
- the room was poorly cleaned upon check-in
- the repair is very tired
Positive :
- good breakfasts
- good gym and swimming pool

In one hotel, there are three levels of existence from Hell to Heaven: on the first day they settled into a tiny 2 * room with sheets in pellets, and the next morning it turned out that the "view" from the window was a meter-high wall); they had to show character, - they were transferred to another room, already 3*, and slightly bigger, but the bed is lower, uncomfortable, and you sleep in mirrors ..; and only the third time I thought to give money to the reception, I moved into a luxurious 5* room (while everyone was having breakfast, I walked around the floor, looked everywhere during cleaning, and CALCULATED the RIGHT NUMBER)
As a result, I spent 3 nights with a friend in a good hotel, - I tried not to stay in this hotel)
It's scary in the lobby of the hotel, - the furniture is very old and worn..
Of the advantages: swimming pool, sauna.;
Breakfast for 5 .
And the room, even a small one, has an iron and ironing board.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location: a 10-minute walk from the tram stop and a 5-minute walk from the metro station. I liked the hotel itself: and the reception- answered all our questions and fulfilled all our wishes, excellent service-cleaned and changed towels every day, the breakfasts are very tasty and varied! I recommend it! We were very satisfied! Let's come back here again!

We visited this hotel for the second time! The first time there was a nice room with a balcony, I liked everything, this time there was water gurgling behind the wall, they made an attempt to eliminate it, it didn't work out! It did not work out to move to another room, what was offered was less and we were not satisfied, there were no other available rooms, the hotel was full. I had to get used to the murmur of water!

Great hotel.
5 minutes metro station, 10 minutes on foot tram stop T1. The rooms are standard 25 meters each, the bed is comfortable, good linen and pillows, a spacious bathroom, excellent breakfasts, the room has everything you need to the smallest detail.
There are no sockets near the beds, they only let you into the pool with a hat, a hat costs $ 20 on the spot.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Modern rooms, good furniture. However, the situation is not thought out. There is a large long corridor in the room, where there is neither a hanger nor a bedside table.
Well, I don't quite agree with the reviews above. Or we were lucky, the linen and furniture were good. Cockroaches were not noticed by me personally)).
The promised pool was closed for all 4 days of the stay.
The hammam was not cleaned...
The breakfasts are excellent, the coffee at the reception is super.
But not 5 - exactly. A solid "three". Flowers with a difference of 2 days. It is very beautiful - the lobby of the hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel, room 225, they checked in and bit me and my wife, the gardener, it's just terrible. They sell olfactions to the gym, there are a lot of men in the gym, in the sauna, in the pool, just a horror for seven, they talk noisily, get into the pool, move other people's things, sit on a mattress where they have already been laid,
sleep there for hours, a homeless man is incomprehensible.There is no coffee beans on the buffet, 5-bed hotel as such.

Excellent breakfasts.
Didn't like it: 1. The windows of the top ten rooms overlook the neighboring building. I understand that economy, but it's unpleasant.
2. We lived in room 412, right under the windows of the trash can, respectively, stinks at times and twice a day the rumble of a garbage truck for half an hour.
3. The shower head in the room was not fully functional, the modes were not switched.
4. The water pressure jumps, can be doused with ice water.
5. A little mold in the corner of the shower
6. They did not always comply with the rules for replacing bed linen.
7. A bed of two made up together, although a double was requested. Sometimes the mattresses move apart, you can wake up in the cracks)

Primitive tasteless breakfasts, no Turkish coffee (and espresso is bad). There are no desserts, no really hot choice.
The rooms have old doors, it is very easy to leave and not close the door behind you.
They forgot to put a comb in the hygiene kits — you obviously have a hand for this.
The wifi is lagging and falling off, but at least they're trying to help.
It is pointless to ask employees for advice on issues around, they blink their eyes and do not understand anything.

I don't understand who writes positive reviews about the hotel at all. I arrived from Istanbul today. The hotel is terrible. Dirty. Noisy. If the guide from the hotel calls and offers his services, be prepared for deception. About breakfast. 🤦♀️I don't even want to talk. For that kind of money, you can withdraw better and cleaner. I don't recommend it.

It's an old hotel, it doesn't look like a five-star hotel. Dirty carpets and curtains. The dinner in the room was just a nightmare - burnt salmon and a piece of uncut salad without dressing. Breakfast is normal.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.
We booked it back in early March for the end of April. Then the borders were closed, the flight was canceled, and so on.
We wrote to the hotel in order to cancel the reservation + we wrote through booking. The hotel refuses to cancel the reservation with a refund. Despite the fact that we are physically unable to fly into the country and did not influence the closure of the borders in any way. They would not cancel the reservation voluntarily, but in this case there is simply no way out!
The hotel is not going to meet you halfway. And promises to debit the money on the days of arrival or upon cancellation.
At the same time, the other two hotels in Turkey calmly, without question, canceled our reservation without penalty (after all, this is a force majeure circumstance).
A very unpleasant impression of the hotel. I absolutely do not recommend booking it in the conditions of coronavirus - the borders will be closed, and the hotel does not give a damn about everything that happens. You'll just lose money.

My husband and I were at Dosso Dossi Downtown, a stylish modern hotel with an indoor pool, a bar-restaurant and a wellness spa located on Watan Avenue in the Fatih district. Sultanahmet Historical District is 3 km away.

A very nice hotel with an excellent location, on one side of the metro station and Aksaray tram stop, and very close to another metro station Fatih. Daily cleaning, if something is missing, then they bring it immediately upon request. Excellent varied breakfasts. We liked it.

A good hotel, medium-sized rooms, furniture is no longer the first freshness, but quite high-quality, the closet is too small, compliments are sometimes left when cleaning rooms, French balconies, views of the road or neighboring buildings. The metro is not far away, the tram is 1km away.
Of the cons: very close to the road, very noisy with the windows open and the doors of neighboring rooms closing very noisily, a disco club on Saturdays, you can hear a little music
