The beach is within walking distance, it is cleaned every morning, sun beds and umbrellas are free for guests. The large pool for adults is cleaned every morning, the small pool for children is also cleaned every morning. You can buy inflatable circles and armbands, and those with their own will be given a pump for free. There is a restaurant on site. There is a shop and a bakery within walking distance. There are coolers with hot and cold water on each floor. There is a small refrigerator in each room, and a free sauna by the pool. There is no one at the pool from 10:00, you can swim freely until 14:00. Very clear water in the sea, you can see shoals of taranki floating nearby. The locals are generally very friendly. Fishermen shared their catch.
Cons: standard rooms are small, require cosmetic repairs, poor sound insulation, little storage space, there is only a TV with local channels in the national language, the taste of food depended on the change of chefs, dishes were served poorly washed, forks and spoons were greasy and they were constantly put on a bare table, waiters forget dishes from the order and not everyone understands foreign languages (Russian, English), waiting for an order is up to 40 minutes, not all menu items are available (coffee and desserts, 14 days in advance), the pool is open from 10:00, but towels are brought periodically only by 11:00, the administration poorly controls vacationers who smoke by the pool Small children are launched into the water naked, without swimming trunks. In addition to vacationers at the hotel, the pool is available for a fee to others, by the evening the water became very dirty, it was uncomfortable to swim after 14:00, you stumble upon someone. Slippery tiles around the pool, you can get injured, the sauna requires cosmetic repairs. The water stagnates in the outdoor shower by the pool, there is an unpleasant smell. There is also an unpleasant smell of hydrogen sulfide from the sea. The portions in the restaurant are smaller in size, the price is higher compared to others. There is no fruit drink or compote on the restaurant menu, only lemonade, but there is a fruit drink for breakfast in the morning.

We rested in Aktau for a week and stayed at this hotel.
The first coastline, sandy beach, gradual entry into the sea is just right for children. We liked the hotel very much, it was clean, cozy, comfortable, and safe. The room is not big, neat, all the amenities are there. The territory is large and gentrified. I have a very good impression.

The service in the restaurant is terrible, it seems that the staff is abandoned to their fate and no one manages this institution.

There are very few Russians in the hotel (not at all), as in other things and throughout Aktau, polite, friendly staff, accepted payment in rubles (at a favorable rate). There is a breakfast, a mini buffet. There is a clean swimming pool with a bar, the prices in the bar are high. Air-conditioned room. But the toilet in the room was with a small tank and sooo slow-gathering water. There were inconveniences with flushing.

I do not recommend it. It is not worth the money spent on this hotel and its area. The service is 0, that is, you have not heard what a "service" is, there are no professionals either in the admin group or at the reception. Elementary dirty dishes, the room is not cleaned at all. Rooms are like a doghouse (standard). The dishes are not tasty, the breakfasts are monotonous. I do not recommend it! It is better to spend this money on the same Turkey or Egypt.

The budget rooms are not bad, but not without jambs - here and there you can see imperfections, crooked joints on the walls, etc. If it is assumed that you only need to sleep in the rooms, and walk or swim during the day, then this is a normal place. The beach is shallow, which is convenient for children, it takes a very long time to go to the depth. The room is nice, the suite has cable TV, the territory is small. The sauna is included in the price, but I had to ask to turn it on, because it is often not turned on in the morning. For small things - the swing on the playground is not being repaired, there is no lighting, the shower holder and dispensary are broken in the room, so there is a water pump, but sometimes they take it away and have to run around the floors for water, sometimes there were not enough beach towels, electronic keys, ordinary keys are very difficult to open, they jam. Of course, there are not enough set meals, it is expensive to eat in a restaurant every day. The waiters are not efficient, the administrators liked it.

There is a water cooler on the floor, but no glasses. The TV and bedside lamps did not work. I contacted the reception three times - the reaction is "0". The problem remained unresolved. The air conditioner "blows" well, but clumps of dirt flew out of it. The breakfasts are normal. The waiters are trying, but the dishes with chips and cracks fail. The pool is fine. We did everything ourselves. The TV was not working, some of the light bulbs in the room were not working. There is always water in the cooler on the floor. We took two rooms and both were tired. The cafe at the hotel is also so-so, they asked for a takeaway once, so they included service in the bill and it was not removed the first time. The local cafe does not bring food or drinks to the room. The reception responds to any questions that they do not know. The beach is also so-so, garbage in some places. The pool turned out to be not only for guests, but also for a fee, everyone is allowed, just like on the beach. There are a lot of people in the pool, especially on weekends, a lot of sun beds around the pool, like chairs in a cinema, it is not very convenient to walk. The Internet is not very good, within 7mbps in the evening, during the day on weekdays up to 15mbps.

There are no mugs, teapot spoons, table chairs in the room. When you leave the room, everything turns off, including the refrigerator. The lights are broken, the room is small. The pool is free from 10 to 13, then all the residents of the city are allowed to swim in the pool for a fee and it is crowded, everyone starts running, diving, splashing.
