The gynecologist apologized to me several times, she even stayed late specifically to wait for the ultrasound results, although her working day was already over by that time, for which she is particularly grateful.
A week later, I went to see a gynecologist again and there was a software glitch in the entire clinic, which caused data from my medical records to not load, and there were huge queues at the reception. It happens, I understand, but the whole system was literally paralyzed by this glitch.
In general, to summarize: the doctors (at least the ones I visited) are good here, the very structure of all the processes is not very thoughtful.
