I crossed the border at night. There was no queue. There are round-the-clock exchangers in front of the checkpoint. There are also cafes, you can have a snack and drink tea
Openly and without hesitation, border guards from the Uzbek side are trying to squeeze money from drivers. We got to the tinting, only the rear part of the car was tinted, as it should be. They said that there is a tax on tinting in Uzbekistan. They began to demand 75,000 soums. I just didn't have the money, and I was too shy to offer it in another currency. I went to rip off the film. Then, after leaving, I found out everything on purpose, since the age of 22, it is allowed to tint the rear of the car. There are no restrictions. As a result, I still had to give the money, because they said that at the entrance my car passed a sanitary inspection, which costs 25200 soums, and they agreed on 200 rubles. Naturally, no one gave any checks. And these are representatives of government agencies! It's a disgrace!
Plus, in addition to everything else, the whole salon was trampled by a service dog with dirty paws, because they said that they could not pass the border without this type of check...
Convenient border crossing. They passed quickly. There are no complaints about the employees. It's all about the case, no extra water. There are small queues. We crossed on foot.
Even 1 star is a pity, The attitude towards people is generally zero, people there are like slaves in seals, only 2 windows work and there are 100,200 people in the queue
It's very disgusting, they don't want to work, they don't even blush, they have to stand for a very long time, they work on acquaintance for money, there are some moments. As they say, any whim is for your money. Shame on Kyrgyzstan!!!
I passed the border through the checkpoint quickly, but the local bombers spoil the whole impression. They brazenly try to breed, touch, threaten, etc.
Fortunately, you can order Yandex.Taxi
A very funny place! There is not even a normal asphalt on the Kyrgyz side, let alone a building! On the part of Uzbekistan, there is a large building and good asphalt... but Uzbekistan is immediately bred for PCR at customs
Unexpectedly, citizens with a Russian passport are quickly allowed through. Before the transition, shopping malls, exchangers (rubles, dollars, yuan, euros). Taxi from the center to the checkpoint is about 500 rubles.
I moved from the beginning to Uzbekistan and back to Kyrgyzstan two weeks later, I quickly passed all the control procedures, in about 20 minutes. Everything is OK!
I walked from Uzbekistan. All the norms are adequate customs officers on both sides. As soon as I entered Osh, I immediately felt a more developed infrastructure. A more modern city. Everyone I've met speaks Russian. After Uzbekistan, I was pleasantly surprised.
Dirty, dusty, border guards are inadequate. They brazenly say that they would take a PCR test when you have a vaccination certificate in your hands, it is not recognized.
I often cross the border, that's the first thing I don't like that a bunch of people stand in line for hours, they have to work at least 24 hours (that's what pleases) now the border guards of the Kyrgyz side are some bribe takers in short, you give money to your homeland, you sell it, you get used to it, you go to the Uzbek side, there they will confiscate the money and that's it
The customs service is working fine, but these nasty taxi drivers offended our guests, the boors gathered and the staff of the PPS without action there, as if they were all for one thing
