The rooms are good enough. There is hot water in the boiler, but the boiler is not large enough. You just gaped when washing and you're a WALRUS!!! There were both continental and buffet breakfasts, which can please rather unassuming guests. The staff is friendly.
It is a very good hotel for Kokshetau. The rooms are without any special bells and whistles, but spacious and comfortable. A good bed for a normal sleep. A restaurant with good cuisine in the hotel building, which is convenient.
A good shopping center, lots of shops, prices are above average. Regarding the furt cord, there is a large selection, but it is limited to almost the same menu.
A nice hotel in the very center of the city. The only bad thing is that they do not respond to the client's request when you ask them to stop working with a hammer drill in the room on the floor above on a day off early in the morning.Also, the request to move to another room was refused.
