The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. Plumbing is beaten by life, but it works. The room has a set of toothbrushes, pastes, gel and shampoo, disposable slippers. Mattresses have already seen a lot, but if you stop for a while, you can get enough sleep. There are literally several channels on TV, but you can watch it on YouTube. The breakfasts are normal, there are plenty to choose from. The location is very convenient, there is a place to go and eat nearby. Parking in front of the hotel, which is also very convenient for those who drive. The staff is polite.

There is a minimum necessary and sufficient set of toiletries soap shampoo and brush. and the simplest slippers. The bed is generally normal. The audibility in the rooms is very high, especially the working hood of the neighboring room is terribly audible (not in all rooms)
Parking: there are no places near the hotel when there are a lot of guests, but there is parking across the street at the Central Department Store, it's a long way.
Meals /breakfasts: in general, the hotel could be 4* but the kitchen spoils the whole impression. the breakfast is a buffet, there seems to be a lot of food, but it is impossible to eat anything - yesterday's cherished sausages, meat products from old smelly meat, even boiled potatoes are disgusting. Tap water for tea. Moreover, they have everything for a normal breakfast, there is no desire. For employees, the main task is to record the guest's room number and that's it. It is because of the lack of a normal breakfast that I put only 2*

Nice clean rooms, 100% value for money. The very thing you need while on a business trip. For breakfast, everyone can find exactly what they want in the morning, whether it's an omelet, scrambled eggs, milk porridge or chicken broth. There are always very tasty stuffed pancakes, cheese, sausage cuts. The only thing missing is real coffee (only instant). Very polite staff. Good location - near a park, cafe, pizzeria, shopping mall.

In general, everything is fine, the hotel staff is very polite, the rooms are small but everything you need is there. However, the bathrooms are quite cramped and they smell of sewage, but not much, and hot water comes from electric boilers located right here, so sometimes you have to save hot water - for all this minus one point.
There is paid parking for cars with a canopy - for me it was a huge plus. The sound insulation seems to be very good (but maybe there were just no inhabited rooms nearby) - the neighbors were not heard at all. But there is one bold nuance - in the rooms facing the street or the park, loud advertising from the shopping center opposite is very clearly audible. And this advertisement works from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Therefore, if you need to spend more than one night at the hotel, then choose rooms with windows to the courtyard - it is quiet and peaceful there

A wonderful hotel located on one of the most convenient streets of the city. There is a PSC, banks, shops within walking distance.
Delicious breakfasts.
The staff is just a fairy tale, amazing hospitality. I especially want to highlight the chef of the restaurant and the manager of the restaurant on the ground floor: they were fed like relatives.
P.s. Be careful with the portion size, the food is very satisfying, do not overestimate your appetite :D

I booked from the booking , the room was confirmed , on the day of arrival I called the reception and asked if the room was reserved for me , where they also confirmed that the room was ready for accommodation. The buffet is normal. The cook left the best impression when I came to breakfast. A very positive character. Neatly dressed, with a stylish beard, polite intonation persuaded me to eat almost everything. It also turns out if you leave early in the morning. The hotel is average, it will go to spend the night. But there are oddities with the registration and subsequent provision of documents. I booked a Classik double room, 5000 tenge for one bed, entirely for a room of 10000 tenge. But in the end, he was placed in a room with one and a half beds. Next: there are three stars on the facade of the hotel, the question is, for what? I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that in addition to the cost of living, you need to pay for a set of towels! it turns out that in a three-star hotel there are no towels in the rooms!
Okay, towels and breakfast were paid additionally, a total of 15,000 tenge per room. But upon check-in, there was an agreement with the administrator that the accounting documents would be made only for the total amount of accommodation. As a result, upon eviction, I received documents indicating separate accommodation, separate towels, separate breakfast. In general, I was dissatisfied with the attitude of the staff and the regulations that apply at the hotel.
By number: I will not say that it is dirty, everything seems to be washed. But when searching for a blanket, I found it in the closet, but did not use it - the presence of strange stains on it did not allow. In the bathroom, the smell from the shower drain is not very pleasant. Three stars does not match either in terms of service or quality.
