Pros: our country is rich in its history, while someone (those in power, but not the people) demolishes monuments and levels cemeteries, as in the Baltic States and inTo Ukraine, we are restoring and preserving.
I attended with my son for 10 years. My son is delighted, a unique opportunity to touch the history of those who gave us peace for many years to come.
You can go to the pillbox, there is another restored one nearby, opposite the hydroelectric power station.
The entrance is convenient, there are tables with a canopy nearby.
Minuses: When we don't take care, we leave trash and break it.
An iconic place.
We need to take the children here on an excursion.
Together with my parents.
So that they do not forget at what price the peaceful sky and various benefits in life got!

It's not worth going to a beautiful place on purpose, but if you're passing a place, it's worth a look
A holy place. We bow low, we honor
And we remember

The surprisingly respectful and careful attitude of Belarusians towards historical monuments. Beautiful and picturesque places. It is obligatory to visit
We drove by and did not regret that we stopped to walk, to give tribute to those who died defending our homeland. There are information stands. It can be seen that work is underway to restore the fortification. The pillbox is located on a mountain, open to the public, behind it is a cemetery and if you walk further, you can see a beautiful large lake.
In the agro-town of Gomel, Polotsk district, there is a pillbox from the time of the Second World War. You can go inside, of course it's creepy. There are many fortified trenches nearby. I recommend you to visit there, to honor the memory of the heroes who died at that height, who fought and stood to the death for 21 days in the summer of 1941.
