The service is for four, it is clear that they save on staff. The room is clean, there is everything you need, but the junior suite is too small. The breakfast is good and rich. The SPA is divided into male and female parts so that you do not steam together, the pool is shared, but too warm. Well, as usual, there are a lot of people in the SPA who pay "from the street", which is of course uncomfortable.

The hotel is disgusting.
The minibar is empty, while the complimentary water was supplied 1 time in 3 days, the toilet seat was broken (during cleaning it was simply fixed, replaced or repaired - no), there are no towels in the spa - we wipe ourselves with bathrobes))))
They demanded 2 payments from the restaurant for rumservice, then it turned out that the waiter put the payment received from me in the room at the reception in an envelope, which is very strange (it looks more like they just wanted to fuck money 2 times). Rumservice brought a bottle of wine closed, there was no corkscrew in the room. In general, keep in mind that some items in the room service menu are of the "just look and wonder" category.
It is not possible to record room expenses only if you leave a deposit at the reception. I left a $400 deposit, paid for all services at the check-out, but they "forgot" to return the deposit to me. I'm also a klusha - I was talking on the phone, I checked the money on the way to the airport. I had to go back, I barely managed to catch a plane. There were no offers to pay for a taxi or apologies.
In general, nothing to do with 5 stars. A very Kazakh interpretation of the service: expensive, low-quality, indifferent, ready to cheat and cash in on the client at any moment. Hilton, change the management!!! The hotel is the bottom.

Great hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are decent, they have everything you need - including an iron and a kettle. A very comfortable bed (and I'm picky about it), a lot of different pillows. The breakfast is also very good. Well done! I will come again, I liked everything.

I was on a business trip on 03/31/05/2021, I really liked everything, the location of the hotel allows you to get anywhere in the city. The breakfasts are great, the room service and breakfast is 5+++ (according to the 5-point system), the SPA is amazing - you can relax, but you didn't have time for a massage, apparently very popular. A new pleasant, quiet place, birds are singing, there is no background from the city, roads, I really liked this hotel, I will definitely stay here next time.
Thanks to the Hotel, the Hotel Management, and the staff for being able to create such a pleasant atmosphere.

A complete failure. There's nowhere to eat. The restaurant is closed for special service, and there are no other places in the hotel. The rooms are cold. Air conditioners work in summer mode, heating in the city has not yet been given. They can't offer anything at the reception, as usual in other things.

A 3-star hotel in terms of service. I currently live here. The room is comfortable, beautiful view from the window. The wi-fi signal level in the room is terrible, it is impossible to work. I went to the reception 3 (!) times to solve this issue - without result. However, for the third time, the girl at the reception offered to move to another room. Apparently, the issue has been resolved - you need to write a review.
Breakfast is also for three (3).

Not nearly worth the price.
There is one (ONE) tiny piece of soap in the room for $260 (yes, for sure, if you leave the bathroom, call somewhere, then after 10-15 minutes of waiting they will bring more, but are you serious, at all?).
There is not a single item in the sink area on which you can hang a hand towel - I was creative and hung it on the mirror - but obviously you need to be able to design a bathroom untidy after the first wash.
The water does not flow warm or hot or cold - the water flows: 2 seconds warm, 3 seconds cool, then warm, then cool, so all the time. Maybe it's Morse Code, but I didn't count the message. It's incredibly annoying.
In the room for $260 - 2 (TWO) half-liter bottles of water. The minibar is empty - well, that's right, cho, to pamper.
On the window sill of my room, some kind previous resident generously scattered sunflower seeds, apparently to feed pigeons - there were no pigeons during my stay, the seeds were bored and rotted. The cleaning service was clearly not interested in them.
The bar on the 11th floor is bad, but that's okay - no one expected anything.
The linen is clean, sleeping is fine.
In general, a place to spend the night is suitable, it does not cause any emotion. Of course, no 5 stars, 4- at best, rather 3+, but this is a question for connoisseurs

It is a very strange location - there is an old housing stock around, but on the 11th floor there is a view with a claim. In the restaurant, you need to take only local dishes, the rest is not delicious. The price tag is normal. Otherwise, everything is according to the 3* Hilton standard.

During the 2 days of stay, the elevators did not work 2 times, which caused difficulties in moving between floors.
