The hotel is located in the center of Antalya on the busy highway Adnan Menderes Blv. Antalya International Airport (AYT) is only 15 km away, but in season, due to huge traffic jams, travel time can take more than an hour. MarkAntalya Mall is located in the immediate vicinity of the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center. It can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. The main entrance to the hotel is accessed from the back of the building relative to the road. At Check-In, the passports of the residents are required. Payment for accommodation at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is made upon check-in. Upon check-in at the hotel, a deposit of $ 100 is taken, which can be either in cash or in non-cash form. We left a cash deposit and received the same $100 bill back at Check-Out. Our Two Tween Premium Room was located on the M level, second from the Lobby level. The area of the room is 50 sq.m. On the right side of the entrance there was a wardrobe, behind which there was a cabinet with water and a kettle. There is no coffee machine in the room. This is followed by the living room space. There is a folding sofa and a coffee table with armchairs against the wall. There is a TV on the wall opposite, and under it a work area without an individual light source, but with sockets, as well as a luggage rack. To the left of the entrance to the room there is a door to the bathroom of a fairly standard size. There was only one sink, a shower and a toilet. Towels were originally provided for only two guests, although children were indicated in the reservation. I had to make an additional request. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall with a glass insert with blinds. The passage is through an ordinary door. The bedroom has two rather wide Queen-size beds, one of which is decorated with plastic flowers, like in a cemetery. It would be better to depict something from towels, as many other hotels do. There is a TV on the wall opposite the beds, and under it there is another work desk without a light source and another luggage stand. The room has a view of one of the main thoroughfares of Antalya, Adnan Menderes Blv. We didn't feel much noise with the windows closed. Breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center takes place from 6:30 to 10:30 at the Sage Restaurant located on the Ground Floor. In addition to a variety of tables in the room, there are also seating options on the terrace. But firstly, it is not air-conditioned, and secondly, smoking is allowed there. The buffet area is quite compact. There are two island layouts as well as the placement of dishes along the walls. A salad bar and fruits were presented on the first island. And if the ingredients for making the salad were pretty standard, then the assortment of fruits was good. I was especially pleased with the presence of cherries. Watermelons, apricots and peaches were also great. The second island housed meat cuts and cheeses, as well as an assortment of olives. Everything was standard good. On the left, along the wall, there were Hot Stations with a standard and even, one might say, modest assortment. There were no Live Stations, but it was possible to order egg dishes from the waiters. Benedicts were not offered for breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center. At the same time, Hilton Honors participants with Gold and Diamond status have the opportunity to order orange, grapefruit or carrot fresh, as well as their combinations. There was a counter with bread and pastries against the far wall. The dessert supply was very weak. There was a separate layout with breakfast cereals, nuts, dried fruits and Turkish sweets. In the buffet area, as well as in two other places directly in the hall, there are tea and coffee areas for making hot drinks. If not for the excellent selection of fruits, I would call the breakfast at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center the weakest among all the DoubleTree visited this year. The Fitness and Spa complex at the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, called Level S. The Buta Spa is open from 6:00 to 22:00 and offers a standard range of services, including a variety of massage programs and cosmetology services. The sauna, Turkish hammam and steam room are available to the guests of the hotel, which are separate, because they are located in separate areas for men and women. In addition, there is a fairly large swimming pool in the common area, as well as a small paddling pool. The well-equipped fitness center is not open 24 hours a day and is open from 6:00 to 22:00, similar to the Spa complex. On the T level of the hotel, which is actually the last 7th floor in the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center, there is a Gao Club terrace open from 6:00 to 23:00 with a restaurant, lounge and seasonal pool. The water in the pool is cool, but in the summer heat in Antalya, it is perfect for both children and adults. Despite the fact that the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center is located in the city center, the hotel has a partnership agreement with Cakil Beach in Konyaalti. Hotel guests can use the beach, sun beds and other beach infrastructure for free. There is no shuttle service from the hotel, so you will have to get there yourself. There are several rows of sun beds on the beach. The first line is occupied by boars available for an additional fee. There is also a bar and a restaurant, the menu is offered in Russian as well. The prices here are quite high. In my opinion, the hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, although formally all the attributes are available. The breakfast is good, but not outstanding, and the friendliness of individual employees leaves much to be desired. Personally, I did not have any problems, but the rude manner of communication between the reception staff and some guests raises big questions for the management. Also, during the entire stay, we could not catch the moment when branded cookies would be available at the reception. Apparently, they are not brought there in principle, but all the guests are told the story that they literally just ended. It is also worth saying that the hotel only works with partner taxis, you will not be able to order a taxi from the hotel via the app, they will not drive up to the entrance. But you can come to the DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya City Center by any taxi, there will be no problems. Otherwise, the hotel left only pleasant impressions, the partner beach and the terrace area were good. More information from extravaganda.

This hotel probably once deserved 5 stars, but now it would definitely get less. the location is not exactly central, rather a residential area, there are no shops around, or we did not find it. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the embankment. we upgraded the room for free, but the room itself turned out to be very dirty, the whole sofa was stained. the room was stuffy, even though we were in the winter month. there was no information board with reception numbers in the room itself, etc. there were no disposable brushes in the bathroom. The only thing I liked was the early breakfast, very varied, with sweet fruits and Turkish tea.

It's a disgusting hotel. We always stay at Hilton Honors, this hotel is much lower in level. The indifference of the staff is amazing, no one is responsible for anything, they cannot fulfill basic requests, they pretend that they do not understand English. They gave us "welcome drinks" as a bonus, and it turned out that the choice was either juice or tea (alcoholic beverages are served as a welcome in all hotels of this chain). They asked for glasses, at first they reluctantly gave them beautiful ones, after a second they said to return them and gave them old and cloudy ones. There is no lounge area, they literally did not want to let them into the bar with the words "it will be faster on the terrace."
