Among the advantages: the room is comfortable, clean and new. There is everything you need, including detergents (gel, shampoo, conditioner). It would be nice to add more bathrobes, of course (otherwise you had to get dressed to meet the staff if you ordered food in the room). The food is delicious, but the breakfasts are not very varied. We took dinner, but we were surprised that it turned out to be not a buffet, but a la carte (there are only 4 menu options that you can choose, it's satisfying, but monotonous). The staff at the hotel is very polite and caring, it was very pleasing. Of the cons: at the entrance, they did not tell us anything about the hotel, at the end of the rest they learned about many things (spa, buttons for calling the maid). The location is not the best, it feels like we were in a very poor area, it is acceptable to take a taxi, but if you go out on foot for a walk, then it will not be the most pleasant walk :)

An excellent chain hotel with an excellent level of service, a good location and professional staff! This is the second time I have chosen this hotel

A good chain hotel. Good room cleaning. Breakfasts could be more varied, but that's if you find fault. Not far from Taksim Square and Istiklal walking street.
