If you are considering this holiday hotel, then consider another one!!!!
Otherwise, it will be a spoiled vacation.
The beach is far away, the transfer is on its way, yes, but if you don't have time, you have to take a taxi. The food is delicious, alcohol is carried out according to quotas. Mostly locals and other Arabs relax in the hotel, having gone out to the pool, be prepared that 10 women in a burqa (not in a Bukin, namely in rags) will sit in it, and look at you as an alien.
And so the hotel is normal. Really tired. In general, it meets its price tag.
I liked the hotel, it is located in the center of Aqaba, the staff is very polite, friendly, even to those who do not know the language (mainly communication in English) the rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, but you should know that the tourist business in this country is not yet developed, so put high hopes on rest, as in Turkey and the UAE are not worth it.The cuisine in the hotel is beyond praise, but with its own specifics in spices, and baking is something- thanks a lot to the chef!We liked it.
Clean hotel, delicious food, attentive staff, free water, tea, coffee, toiletries are always replenished in the room. Excellent location. There are many shops, cafes, currency exchange nearby
The food is very varied, soups for lunch and dinner have never been repeated for 11 days of our stay, there is a choice of meat, several options, fish is mandatory (!), several side dish options, greens, desserts, pastries, so much more!!!! Honey in the honeycomb! Cleaning every day, towels were changed every day, linen was changed every three days. The attitude of the staff is beyond praise! Satisfied!!!! We felt like dear guests! Thank you very much! The rating is 5+!!!!
Upon arrival, they tried to sell luxury rooms for a considerable surcharge, arguing that the rooms were not ready to move in and they had to wait 3 hours. When they realized that it would not work, everything turned out to be ready.
I had to demand bathrobes and slippers.
For dinner (buffet)tea and coffee are not allowed, only for an additional fee. Tea from a bag - 3.5 Dinars is 5 dollars!!!
The pool is open until 5 pm, just when everyone returns from walks and excursions.
At the end of the holiday, the rules for visiting the beach were changed (16km Shuttle). If not "all inclusive" - pay. Yes, you also need to carry a voucher with you! The shuttle runs twice a day. I didn't have time - just a taxi.
On the third day, the buffet seems monotonous. Meat is a strain.
As it is, everything is fine.
I stayed at the hotel for 12 days. The staff is well-trained, especially in the restaurant. The pool is small, they give towels for sun loungers. There is a sauna ,.The gym is very convenient that the hotel is located in the very center of Aqaba., but there is no access to the beach. The bus takes about 20 minutes to the beach.
The hotel is declared as a top five, in fact 4 with a minus, everything is already old, the staff is very polite and friendly.

I really liked the hotel. The food is delicious, the staff is very good-natured, the rooms are in good condition. They clean normally, the floors are not washed, but this is a feature of Arab hotels. Overall, I liked it. We lived for 7 nights.
