It was really nice and pleasant stay. Everything was clean, everyone was kind a helpful. Thanks to Mrs. Gonca Karahan for asking what she can do for us and for making our last day unforgettable.
A great hotel in the very center. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very nice beds. A spacious bathtub. The transport interchange is perfect. There are 2 metro lines within walking distance. The tram stop is opposite. The main attractions can be easily reached on foot.
The service is beyond praise. Everyone is smiling and you feel sincere care.
An excellent hotel of a well-known chain. Hardening 4* Breakfasts are good. The rooms are large and clean. There are terraces. The club business hall is on the second floor. There is a spa. For residents free of charge. The hotel declares itself as a 5*. But this is not the case. There is no pool, there are no bathrobes.
A good chain hotel, I recommend you to stay. I will write a few points that you should pay attention to.
1. The hotel is somewhat tired cosmetically - furniture, fittings, plumbing. Electrics, household appliances work flawlessly. Bed linen, towels, etc. are fresh, not killed. Subjectively, the hotel looks like a good 4 stars.
2. The breakfasts are excellent - a huge selection of cold snacks and hot dishes, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, Turkish pastries and other national dishes. Everything is delicious. There are no freshly squeezed juices on the buffet - ask the staff, they will do it. There is no sparkling wine and baklava/lukuma.
3. Cleaning - if you're lucky. According to the time spontaneously, there was a case that there was a knock on the door at 9 am. It is better to hang a sign not to disturb.
3. Good spa complex - sauna, steam room, Turkish hammam. It is included in the accommodation. There is no pool.
4. Toothbrushes, shaving kits, bathrobes, etc. are brought to the room on request for free.
5. Comfortable beds and blackout curtains.
6. Tram stop T1 to the center in front of the hotel, the center itself is also within walking distance. Metro Vezneciler 7min walk.
7. It is impossible to drive a taxi under the hotel canopy, call to the back side without any problems. The hotel does not have its own territory.
8. Stable Wi-Fi with partial coverage of the area around the hotel.
9. There were no Russian-speaking staff.
The additional one is the attentive and responsive staff. The 5th day of the stay fell on a birthday, an incredibly delicious chocolate cake with a candle was brought out at breakfast as a greeting from the hotel. The two of them overcame only half of the cake, the rest was kindly wrapped up by themselves.
A very nice hotel. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. Purity. It is also very convenient that there is a tram line passing through the main places - the Grand Bazaar, the Blue Mosque, Galata, etc. 10-15 minutes walk from the metro. The Grand Bazaar is actually across the street. The price corresponds to the quality. Keep in mind that when we lived there (January 2024), the sidewalk was being repaired around. Therefore, the taxi drove up to the alley, and not to the hotel itself. They didn't take breakfast. We went to have breakfast at MADO. I recommend it for both tourism and business.
Cons: the view from the windows. It's cold in the room. They cheat at the restaurant, so check the bill. Instead of 1200, they wrote 2200. The waiter is Emre. He apologized, said it was an accident, but … I didn't like the food. It's spicy, there's a lot of Turkish stuff: bulgur, beans, pickles, baked onions and tomatoes, delicious buns, but also thick pita bread with everything on it, grilled chicken. It's a complete mess. The reception is very pleasant. The rooms are perfectly clean and the beds are comfortable. And a nice compliment in the entire Hilton chain is a huge cookie with raisins.
5 stars does not justify.!
At best, a good three,
We stayed at the hotel on March 15-18, 2023 in room 311 - not big meters 16.
Cost 180 euros per night.
From a good breakfast, varied, friendly staff decorated lobby, beds are cleaned daily and garbage is collected and two small bottles of water and tea accessories are updated,
there are blackout curtains.
And now in order:
1. The Windows of the room overlook the courtyard ((it is very small, up to 2-3 meters from the windows- either the building of this hotel, or the other in photo 2. if you zoom in, you can see that the windows rest against the windows, that is, in cloudy times, if you use light, then you need to close the windows with curtains.
2. There are two mirrors in the room that are equipped with backlight. The right mirror by the window does not work, without this illumination, the overhead light is not enough in the room. (
The lamp on the table does not work either,
3. The TV did not turn on (it was not clear whether the remote control had already been killed, because only the first screen saver turned on and then all the buttons on the remote did not work, or the batteries were dead, then pepestal had to turn off the plug from the network.
4. There is no water cooler on the floor, they only give out two small bottles of water, which is obviously not enough for two adults, and since it was rainy days, I didn't really want to go out.
5. The issue of umbrellas was refused (, they said no, I think even in many three-star hotels they give umbrellas on request, and in many hotels they stand in the lobby.
5. According to the equipment of the room, there was no elementary spoon for shoes(.
6. The window-door opens only for ventilation and if it is open, they rushed from the courtyard the sounds of a compressor running, or an air conditioner, or something noisy.
7. There are no shelves for clothes in the closet, just a barbell for hangers and there are few hangers for two, and the shelf at the bottom is more suitable for shoes or bags
8. Cabinet doors have slots instead of handles and when closed, they slam hard with a loud sound. it hardly works out to influence this, since you need to get into the slots to hold the doors, but you can either put a limiter or adjust the closers or attach silicone clamps in places of contact.
The sound of slamming doors scares you at first, then it just strains and you have to adapt so that the doors don't slam when the closers are triggered.
9. At the entrance, there is no additional hanger for the upper clothes, therefore, outerwear must be hung in the closet, thereby there is little room in the closet for things, especially if you stay for more than three days and there will be different sets of clothes.
10. There was no disposable set with toothpaste and brushes in the bathroom.
11. In the bathroom, the sliding glass door does not hold sounds, and she herself walks jerkily, not smoothly, you have to strain to close it, the child himself may not be able to cope.
12. One day with our room, there was a tray with leftovers on the floor (we did not order it) and no one cleaned it all day and evening, only the next day it was cleaned.
13. If you have a late check-in or early check-out, you do not have to pay for a day.
Cleaning instructions- the garbage was cleaned daily, and the beds were made, but there were balls of dust with hair in the corner behind the door.
15. The transfer for departure at the hotel was not provided, we ordered a taxi with a meter, we left exactly at the appointed time there were already 160 liras on the meter.
16. Upon arrival home, it turned out that she had left sunglasses with a soft leather case in the room - none of the staff wrote, because there is an email that the thing was found. I am very sorry for the tal so the soft case was purchased in Italy.
And one more remark - this does not apply to the hotel, but it must be borne in mind that a taxi works here as it pleases - you can be dropped off before reaching your destination, demand payment not according to the meter or refuse to go at all, that's such hospitality in Turkey.

The hotel is clean, the staff is professional, there is a hammam, a swimming pool, fitness, excellent breakfast, the rooms are very spacious, I recommend a corner one with a view of the Bosphorus and the Marmara Sea, I advise you to book through booking increases the room to de suite
Excellent location in the center. There are attractions nearby and plenty of shops. Breakfasts for 4. There were not enough meat dishes and sweets were not enough. Cleaning every day. Sound insulation is at a height. The volume of the TV is limited programmatically. In general, the second four.
Disappointed with the hotel. We were in March 2024. The room is 10 years old without repair. The towels are old- I have newer rags at home. The room is smoky. The only plus is that it is close to the historical center.
Well, I wouldn't give him 5 stars. Location - - the center of an inexpensive shopping area, a passageway. Noisily. The rooms are small, so-so. Breakfast is average
The numbers are badly shaken. The shower is broken, the handle of the kettle falls off, the cleaning is on a weak three, the chairs are wobbly and in general the furniture is definitely not 5 stars. Breakfast is normal. The location is good. The reception is quite friendly and attentive
A good hotel for its location. Delicious breakfasts. We need to update the appliances in the rooms, in our room 303 there was such a terrible iron, I have not seen anywhere else
A maximum of three stars, and even that is a stretch. Dirt is everywhere, and not only on the floor. We checked into the room without changing the bed linen - the sheets are all covered in black hair. The towels are grey from washing. Tired, stripped furniture, beds creak. It is very cold in the rooms in January. The heating system is only through the air conditioner, very weak.
A nice hotel in a very convenient location for sightseeing. Clean, comfortable. Excellent value for money. The staff is pleasant, many speak Russian. Two gorgeous terraces, breakfast is served on one, and you can just go out and sit on the other at any time.
This is some kind of HELL....
The audibility in the rooms is great!
At night, from all sides, a piano, disco and moaning girls.
Every morning, the cleaners pour glass bottles into the trash at 6:45 and everyone wakes up from this sound!
I was very surprised by the location of the hotel, there is a view of the cemetery from the window, there is no food within walking distance...Not another foot
Clean, comfortable from the hotel, there are a lot of attractions within walking distance of the Grand Bazaar, Sultan Akhmet, etc. After the pandemic, the price tag became 40% more humane)))
