I'll try to be objective, but emotions prevail! In exactly two months, I booked a 2-bed superior room of 30m2 for the New Year holidays from 12/29/24 to 01/02/25. Two adults and a child of 10 years old with breakfast and dinner, + we paid separately for a New Year's buffet of 57 euros per adult. Now let's go: 1) We were accommodated in the smallest room on a floor of about 15m2 (room 1316, in case anyone is interested), near the elevator, which makes an incredible noise!. We spent two nights in this room! 2) 12/31/24 we were moved with pathos to a large room with one bed! Near the elevator again! Everything would have been fine, but I specifically booked a room with two separate beds! We don't sleep in the same bed with my husband, and yes, this is fundamentally important! And the child's bed was placed near the door to the toilet. 3) Swimming pool. The actual opening hours of the pool do not match the information that is being sent to you! The pool is open at a "convenient" time for guests, throughout the entire time of breakfast and dinner. The pool is closed during the day! The water is icy, it is not possible to swim for a maximum of 5 minutes in an energetic rhythm. There are enough guests for a maximum of half an hour and they leave. 4) Breakfasts: regular, very meager for 4*! Dinners: normal, drinks must be paid for separately, half board is not included. 5) A separate place is occupied by the New Year's buffet! It would be better not to order! The buffet cost 57 euros per adult, taking into account that dinner was already included in the price. The food was poor, not tasty, the chicken was dry (it got stuck in the throat), the fish tasteless, the child had a hair in the dessert, she immediately informed the waiter, the result was zero emotions. They didn't even offer us a glass of champagne for that money! It's a New Year's buffet!
Bottom line: + clean rooms, good bedding, cleaning service. That's all.
- bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, etc. must be requested! Get ready for the fact that you will be accommodated in a completely different room that does not correspond to your booking! The staff is not trained to apologize at all! And yes, as I walked past the reception to the elevators, I constantly wondered why in the lobby
Very bad. The hotel is too far from all the interesting places, and in the very worst - there are no restaurants, bars. The sauna is for show only (that is, it is not there). What is there is exploited on "get off". So with the pool (as it were, there is). Half of the equipment in the rooms is not working, is not connected, is temporarily unavailable, etc. Very bad for the Hilton brand
Nice hotel. I especially liked the location - very close to work. In general, everything is sound, but after 2 weeks of a business trip it gets very annoying, although maybe the fault of the hotel is minimal.
Unless breakfast could be made more strikingly.
But there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym - everything is in good condition, brand new simulators with built-in tvs, etc. A full set of dumbbells of different weights, mirrors - in general, it's a pleasure to practice))
