There was no coke without sugar in the refrigerator, I called, asked to bring it and literally 5 minutes later it was in my hands)) The rooms are clean and beautiful, the bed linen is very nice The only thing I regretted was that I did not take a room on the top floor) that day there was a very cool fireworks display on the square (in honor of which I do not know, but if you believe Yandex, it was Moscow Day in Minsk)I don't know how it is, but Yandex suggested exactly this information)) I was satisfied with this hotel and the staff service. We were a company on the May holidays. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious enough, the breakfasts are great. There is a large selection of dishes, there are freshly squeezed juices, excellent pancakes, the waiters are courteous and smiling! The room has everything you need. However, if you need a refrigerator, but do not plan to use the mini bar, you need to pay a deposit to open the refrigerator. The room cleaning was selective, our room was not cleaned, the neighboring room of friends was lost, although there was a request to clean on the door. One day they took away a bathrobe, but did not provide another one in return. Glasses were taken from friends... the hotel on the 21st floor has a beautiful bar with panoramic views of the city. The location of the hotel was very pleasant, it is located in the very center of the city! Next to the hotel there is a shopping center, a Kommunarka branded candy store. In general, I recommend this hotel to visit. I hope these mistakes were related to the large download in the May payers!
