Of all that is available in Yerevan, one of the decent network options, I have chosen non-network several times - I will not risk it anymore.
The rooms are small, there is not much nearby, but the center of Yerevan is very small, the location is quite convenient, Republic Square is just a few minutes away at a brisk pace.

If you want a quality vacation for reasonable money, then you are here. Hilton, it's like McDonald's. There will be the same and high level of service everywhere. Of course, as always, you have met our expectations and of course we get upset when our travels in some cities do not include this hotel. 5 out of 5. Champagne for breakfast, a great choice of food for the most fastidious. Comfortable beds, cleanliness, close to the cent. Take a quiet walk on foot. The view from the window is gorgeous. To the city. The lighting of the building sets the mood. We recommend it. This is always a win-win option.

An incredible hotel like all the Doubletree hotels in any city. Moscow, Minsk, Yerevan today.
Large rooms, friendly staff at the entrance, completely unobtrusive.
We got a room on the 10th floor. The view is amazing.
In the evening we visited the spa complex. Hot stones, sauna and warm shower at the end.
Previously, when checking in, they were treated to cookies, this is their business card. This time we were refused because of the pandemic. Probably, covid got into the cookies, sits there and waits for us, the guests, Quarantine measures were canceled at the country level, the staff also work at the hotel without masks and gloves, but no one gave cookies. Look at how much I've written about the backstage. I'm sad. Details like cookies always made the mood.
I am happy with my stay. I'm waiting for cookies.

The room is very small (you can't open the door to the toilet and closet at the same time) the mattresses are comfortable, the room doesn't smell of anything, it's clean. It's sooo noisy if the windows are on the road, they only opened during the day. The breakfasts are excellent, the restaurant is delicious. It's a long way from the center (you have to go through shopping malls and a bad road to Republic Square)

Everything seems to be fine, but we stopped by on May 5th. They tried to change the temperature in the air conditioner, the screen changed, but there was no air in the room. They called the master, it turns out they haven't switched from winter to summer yet. The drain button fell off in the toilet, the master was also called. The TV turned off every 5 blinks, the master watched, as a result, the Cleaning was also replaced by 4. The location is good, 15 minutes walk from the central square. There is free parking on the street and underground. The breakfasts are normal, of course they cannot be compared with Turkey, but there is a choice.

It clearly does not reach 4*, there are too many flaws. Despite the fact that he lived in an improved room.

Of the cons:
- the quality of the bed linen does not correspond to the category of the hotel (the duvet cover is all washed, unpleasant to the touch), sleeping under it is very unpleasant.
- when attending breakfast, the staff mistakenly reported that breakfast had not been paid for. I had to figure it out additionally - in fact, the reservation was with breakfast.
- the quality of cleaning in the room is poor - dust, someone else's hair.
- it is impossible to print documents in the reception area - the printer is just with an empty cartridge.
- the room is generally uncomfortable - there is a worn laminate instead of carpet.

Pros: location, good breakfasts, polite staff, 4 bottles of water constantly in the room. A very comfortable mattress. The hotel has a spa, gym, hammam.
Cons: they do not clean well - they found a trash can with garbage from previous guests, only one pair of slippers, but the second ones were brought on request, a stained bathrobe. For breakfast, they give low-salted fish with a huge amount of lemon, which resembles an attempt to hide the second freshness.
It's a little weak for Hilton's level.

In some aspects, it's strange: the room seemed to be smoking, I had to air it out. A colleague encountered a non-working iron. In general, the little things are different. Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
The rest is very good, the rooms are spacious enough, excellent cleaning, delicious breakfasts. A separate story — the bar, cocktails and sweets are very tasty. A lot of time has been spent in the lobby during several visits.
Everything is fine at the reception too, even in the dead of night there is someone to turn to. Umbrellas are provided in the rain.

What is good about this hotel: breakfast, polite restaurant staff, air conditioning.
What's bad: the accommodation service, room cleaning and, in general, the feeling of hospitality from communicating with the reception.
Chain hotels differ from the same non-chain hotel by having high standards that someone has double-checked for you and you can be sure that anywhere in the world there will be this level.
so in Yerevan, it was necessary to bargain with the reception for every privilege of a loyalty program participant. Bargain and persuade for an upgrade, for a late check-out and a welcome gift. The last two could not be received, and the senior receptionist said that a gift from the master's shoulder would give an hour of late check-out. It feels disgusting. There are two open bottles of water in the junior suite, one of them is half drunk. The welcome gift was never delivered.
The information signs in the hotel are in Armenian and English, and Russian is ignored. it seems that the Double Tree brand assumes the presence of a double tree - there is no sense of the presence of a tree, but there is a view of a construction site or a noisy street. The gym is on two floors with a spiral staircase with a total area of 35-40 meters. The rooms are small, dark, and there is an opportunity to work with a laptop only in the middle of the room, so that sitting at a laptop blocks the way from the room to the toilet. In other words, the rooms are very cramped.
During this trip, I visited several hotels and gords. In other places, where there is no loyalty program - but only friendly hosts - much more hospitable accommodation and a pleasant aftertaste from your stay. Conversely, here, where you count on the availability of service with a golden status, you get mediocrity at least at the reception. Here in the restaurant, the people are very polite and the breakfast is decent - this is a vivid pleasant memory.

Breakfast for 4. Room for 5. Constantly put a lot of water. They don't give you dental kits. Slippers, bathrobes, kettle, iron are available. The spa opens at 13:00 (strange) everything is there, even if you forgot your swimsuit. Conveniently located. You can walk everywhere. Opposite is a luxury liquor store.
