Good location for work & travel needs, excellent breakfasts with local fresh food, standard room complectation from Hilton ( good mattress, pillows,hair dryer, iron&desk). They have all conditions for the low mobility people. Good professional service.

Externally, the hotel is beautiful, and that's all there is to it. The hotel is located in the Asian part of the city, which is very far from all tourist places, although there is a metro and a ferry nearby, I advise you to get to the European part by ferry, it runs every half hour and the ticket is very inexpensive. As for the hotel itself: the windows in the room are poorly closed, so you will hear all the charm of life in the metropolis day and night, namely the whistles of traffic controllers, ferry signals, loud music from cafes and restaurants, as well as passing cars. The room cleaning leaves much to be desired, in 10 days the capsules for the coffee machine were put 3 times. The constant smell of sewage, the air conditioner is not working properly, the torn duvet cover! And the most important thing is the toilet behind the transparent glass) so if you're not ready to be so close to your partner that he's watching you through the glass, then you definitely shouldn't come here. In my opinion, the hotel is not up to 5 stars. They will also ask you for a deposit at the reception, everyone has a different one, they charged us 300 euros, which no one warned us about in advance! When I asked what the deposit was for, they said for a mini bar, BUT THERE IS NO MINI BAR IN THE ROOM!!!

The Hilton is like a place that is always available... the service is OK, the breakfasts are good, the fitness room is super and of course the spa is at its height with hammams, a pool and ice chips for rejuvenation!
The location near Kadikoy is a plus for travelers who are not limited by their status - after all, from this point it is possible to see the Islands by sea and take a bus to the airport! As a bonus, a very pancake and gentrified embankment is a triathlete's dream!

Nice hotel, good location in the Asian part of the city. If you are going to Istanbul for work or to hang out, this is your hotel. Nice rooftop restaurant, view room, delicious breakfasts. Nice rooms. View of the city or the Marmara Sea. We open the window and sleep to the sound of the sea and the cries of seagulls…
It is far from the historical part of the city, for trips to Istanbul for excursions / it is not very convenient.

A solid four , which is the double tree . There is a swimming pool and a restaurant on the 12th floor. There is a bar on the ground floor. The rooms are cleaned perfectly , the linen was changed 4 times in a week . Towels are changed every day. Excellent transport accessibility (metro and ferries ) the breakfasts are varied , everyone will find what they want. Of the cons: expensive, in my opinion, is not justified, but the view of the Bosphorus brightens everything up. They take a deposit of 200 euros - I don 't understand why , and they don 't understand themselves .To me, it 's a relic of the past . There is a long embankment nearby, a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars and just cool places.

The hotel is well located and the staff tries their best, clean. But, everything in the room is old, there is no bathrobe and slippers, the air conditioner is not normally turned on for heat and I am frozen, the windows are dirty.

The hotel is just a bomb. There is a subway nearby and a very cool local area of the Asian part of the city. The hotel has everything your heart desires. There is a swimming pool, bar, restaurant on the roof. Downstairs on the 1st floor there is a spa, swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Everything is very clean and tidy, the staff is polite.

It was the first time, we recommend accommodation above the 7th floor, then the wine bay and sunset. Great view. A good restaurant on the roof itself, expensive but the view is beautiful. Breakfasts are solid 3 out of 5. In general, for Turkey, Istanbul will do. We recommend walking along the embankment opposite the hotel, a very pleasant place, followed by a whole block of luxury houses and excellent atmospheric restaurants. Have a nice trip

The hotel is located on the shore of the Bosphorus. There is a marina nearby from which you can sail by boat to the city center.

So far, the best thing I've seen in the Asian part. Transport accessibility is excellent both by car and by public transport. Wonderful view from the corner room, you can take it, you won't regret it. Breakfasts are expensive, you can go into Fashion and eat there three times cheaper. The rooms are shabby, but compared to Windham kalamysh, they are just perfect😁

The location of the hotel is normal , the hotel itself is also normal. But! Upon check-in, my wife and I were given separate beds ) maybe a joint of a tour agent. It was necessary to pay a deposit of 10 thousand liras. For chips and haribo in the room . They did not accept money from the card , they asked for cash . We offered to bring things to the room and go withdraw money from the card. Refused ) at the same time , it was raining and it was already evening , there were no umbrellas either .
But most likely they fell for such a manager . The room was poorly cleaned , the bed after refueling looks like a bed on which children jumped. The toilet drain button fell out of the wall.
After asking the manager, they gave me a better room.

We bought accommodation, meetings, catering for 60 people for an event. It was a great experience. The staff was very helpful with everything. I do events at many hotels in Istanbul we did an event at this facility for the first time, I was very impressed. I definitely recommend it. It is not always possible to get positive feedback from 60 people about the hotel.

Really the best hotel I've stayed in. And not only in Istanbul, but in my life in general. There is something to compare it with: over the past 20 years, I have traveled all over Europe, part of Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
I advise you to take a corner room with a view of the Marmara Sea: panoramic windows overlooking the water are something!

Great location, rooftop pool and hammam. Polite staff, delicious breakfasts. Nearby there is a market, pubs and a pastry shop, and many more delicious cafes. It is a convenient station and you can take a boat to anywhere in Istanbul and the Princes' Islands.

A good hotel to stay for 1-2 days). On the top floor there is a swimming pool, not heated. The prices in the bar are very high, like 900 Lira per Aperol 😜 therefore, all people bring thermoses with them 😁 nearby, there is a ferry to the city center within walking distance, the area where the hotel is located is very colorful and beautiful 😊

The stated 5 stars in this hotel do not correspond to reality, namely: there is dirt in the rooms, both in the room itself and in the bathroom, dust in lumps under the closet doors, which is clearly visible when lying on the bed, as well as crookedly mounted wiring for sconces, twisting even without insulation in places. The curtains have not been washed, apparently, since the opening of this hotel, the allergic spouse felt it instantly, only deciding to pull them apart a little. And all this for a pretty good amount for 5 days of stay (we took 2 rooms), I think it is comparable to 2-3 weeks of accommodation in famous resorts in Turkey. I hope to never come to this hotel again, like Istanbul itself.
