Frankly speaking this hotel doesn't correspond to 5 star. Requires maintenance and renovation. Brewakast is to be added with fish and berries. Some work is to be done with waitresses. Please explain them that to ask a guest during dispute about his country of origin is rude, disrespectful snd not tolerant. And next time when you increase restoran menu prices for 50% at once, please be ready to explain that calmly and convincing. Please understand your guests are not poor people, but they are not stupid to approve with their money such price increase.

Great atmosphere and good and polite staff

Great hotel!
It is conveniently located from transport interchanges.
Within walking distance:
Ferryboat,
Şirckeci and Gulchane tram stops
Railway station
There are also many important attractions within walking distance.
The hotel has good breakfasts. The rooms are clean.
Of the cons:
The standard rooms are small.
The toilet door is sliding and therefore there is no sound insulation. The distance between the wall and the sliding wall is more than 1 cm:)
