Everything was very good. The room is cozy, the hotel very quiet, location very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast is poor. But as long we got it free of charge it was better than nothing. But not worth paying extra for it. Hammam is not hot enough)

Frankly speaking this hotel doesn't correspond to 5 star. Requires maintenance and renovation. Brewakast is to be added with fish and berries. Some work is to be done with waitresses. Please explain them that to ask a guest during dispute about his country of origin is rude, disrespectful snd not tolerant. And next time when you increase restoran menu prices for 50% at once, please be ready to explain that calmly and convincing. Please understand your guests are not poor people, but they are not stupid to approve with their money such price increase.
