Everything was very good. The room is cozy, the hotel very quiet, location very convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful.. The breakfast is poor. But as long we got it free of charge it was better than nothing. But not worth paying extra for it. Hammam is not hot enough)

Frankly speaking this hotel doesn't correspond to 5 star. Requires maintenance and renovation. Brewakast is to be added with fish and berries. Some work is to be done with waitresses. Please explain them that to ask a guest during dispute about his country of origin is rude, disrespectful snd not tolerant. And next time when you increase restoran menu prices for 50% at once, please be ready to explain that calmly and convincing. Please understand your guests are not poor people, but they are not stupid to approve with their money such price increase.

Great hotel! It is conveniently located from transport interchanges. Within walking distance: Ferryboat, Şirckeci and Gulchane tram stops Railway station There are also many important attractions within walking distance. The hotel has good breakfasts. The rooms are clean. Of the cons: The standard rooms are small. The toilet door is sliding and therefore there is no sound insulation. The distance between the wall and the sliding wall is more than 1 cm:)

The hotel is located in the historical center. Within walking distance of all historical monuments. The management is polite. We checked in at exactly 14:00, although the hotel was half empty. The room was not the most successful with a micro-window that had not yet fully closed and all the noise from the street could be heard. Plus, the refrigerator wasn't working. They came to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. They brought cookies as an apology . Tomorrow is great. In general, it's not bad to stop for a couple of days.

Nice hotel. We got a room for the elderly, or for the disabled with appropriate equipment in the bathroom, but not at all convenient for ordinary people. The hotel has a ramp, an elevator, a restaurant, breakfasts, a rooftop veranda and a spa. As in all hotels, welcome cookies. The beds are comfortable. There was a welcome plate of fruit in the room, if you didn't eat it, it will be picked up the next day. There is also bottled water, a kettle with cups with tea bags + coffee + sugar. The hotel is located in a convenient location in terms of hiking: near a beautiful park with access to the embankment, a cloud of cafes and shops, a tram stop nearby and there are ticket vending machines and a row of ATMs where you can withdraw cash, because Russian cards do not pass through the hotel. You can walk to the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia, Cisterns, and by tram you can get to Taksim Square, to a pedestrian street with shops, and at the end of the street take the funicular and return to the trams.

Convenient location in the historical center. Good room cleaning. Rooms with poor sound insulation. Poor sound insulation of windows. If there's a noise outside at night, it's like it's in the next room. The breakfasts are completely simple without frills. Sausages are not edible. Cheese is the simplest. There are fruits, and budget vegetables. Coffee from the machine is grain, but not very expensive. An a la carte frosted omelet with additives and pancakes will be offered. Feedback A good Hilton hotel! The location is super, the room is equipped with everything you need (there is a capsule coffee machine, water and tea accessories are replenished daily). I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia, the manager of guest relations, for her sensitive attitude towards the guests. As well as the maid on the 4th floor, we lived in 407- for the excellent room cleaning :)

Among the advantages are standard comfort and coziness in the rooms, the attentiveness of the staff. Among the disadvantages are absolutely monotonous breakfasts with a small assortment. Of the "proteins" every day, only the same pieces of sausages in sauce and sausage fried with pepper. Well, the complete disappointment of the so-called spa area - a hammam without a warm steam at all, a "sauna" with a temperature of 55-60 degrees, the lack of towels in the spa and bathrobes in the rooms - to put it mildly, it's strange for "4ki"...
