Great hotel! It is located far from the center, but this is compensated by metro and city train stations, tram and bus stops. Nearby there is a Lids supermarket and a 24-hour (!!!) McDonalds.
There is a huge new TV in the room, a refrigerator in which bottles of regular and carbonated water are added every day. Tea and coffee sets are being updated. Bath detergents are in convenient bottles, not in stupid bags.
Shoals at every turn. The ventilation in the room did not work, that is, there is no fresh air supply in the room, the extractor hood does not work (you can easily check, attach a sheet of plain paper or toilet paper, a napkin to the duct, it should stick due to the drawn air) that is, even if it is possible to open the window, there is no effect, since the room is isolated and there is no hood, even by gravity. This is already a huge jamb in the work of the hotel, for which the inspection services can severely punish the hotel, according to our rules, for every hour the volume of air in the hotel's residential room must change at least 3 times, in this hotel - 0 (zero). The second jamb - the air conditioner did not work, in general, not for heat or cold in any way. I want to say right away that the room was terribly hot + 28oC. The third problem is that the hotel staff does not want to help in any way and/ or cannot. During the day, they could not solve the problem, despite the fact that it was a normal working day, that is, the engineering service was at work, they did not offer another room. As a result, half the night of the second day I was arguing with the hotel, I don't care. The breakfast is poor, does not change at all, the choice of dishes is very small. Don't expect to try something local. For comparison, we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Malpensa airport hotel before departure, so there is 2 times more breakfast in terms of the number of dishes, although the hotel level is lower and the price is cheaper. As an apology for the inconvenience, we were offered cocktails or something similar at the bar, it's funny, 2 days without sleep won't solve a couple of cocktails.
As a result, I got sick from temperature fluctuations in the room (+28-29) and outside +15, my wife and I were on sick leave for a week, fortunately my daughter (8 months) did not get sick.
Hilton's support added points for the inconvenience and at least wrote a few words of apology.
The bottom line is that if you stay in Milan, do not set foot in this hotel, there are many other hotels, including in the Hilton chain.
