Great hotel, I liked everything, service, breakfasts, the view from the room is gorgeous, cozy lobby, friendly staff. Upon arrival, the complement is hot cookies, very tasty. There is a transfer to Al Khan beach at 10-00, back at 15-00. Nearby, across the street on the next street, there is a shopping center and a Carrefour supermarket, where you can pay with a nol transport card at the self-service checkout.

Everything is fine, except for ventilation and air supply in the rooms. Excellent half-board cuisine, a decent choice. The hotel includes al Khan beach, the beach itself is good, but the infrastructure is not developed from the word completely on the beach.

We were at the hotel from May 27 to June 2. We were vacationing with friends from Germany. The transfer took us from the airport in time, but when we drove up to the hotel, I was winding circles without finding the entrance, it turned out to be under repair, not ready to receive guests yet, and we dragged our suitcases up to the hotel parking lot in some alley. It was something...... Accordingly, there is no reception from the word at all. We were taken to an office with girls at computers. None of them speaks Russian at all...They looked at us like fools, not understanding anything. Somehow we were able to explain ourselves on our fingers. They took me to a room. The rooms are clean and the view is very beautiful. You can't get through to the waiters at breakfast. The kitchen is like a good 3 stars....up to 5 they still have to study and study. We had paid for dinners....we went to it one day and then did not go with friends from Germany, who complained about the service and food. We ate in the city. A day later, apologizing to us, they offered us a buffet for dinner instead of choosing from the menu. We went around complaining at regular intervals. The pool is great.
I think in a couple of years it will be possible to go there, but not now. I would not go there 2 times and would not recommend it. It was my birthday (anniversary) and the travel agent from Moscow warned them. I was not congratulated and there was not even a compliment in the room. It was very unpleasant. Although everywhere we travel, people congratulate us on birthdays. As I understand it, Americans are cheap and it is not part of their hotel concept to congratulate guests. Sorry. They need to learn hospitality.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the bay, the park. We were on New Year's Eve, fireworks were set right in the water, an unforgettable sight! Good breakfasts on the outdoor terrace. I recommend it!

The hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful rooms, cleaned every day, provide plenty of bottled drinking water daily. The restaurant feeds for slaughter, and the buffet for breakfast, and lunch / dinner on the menu is insanely delicious, the portions are huge, a wide variety. At Easter, we made mini cakes and painted eggs - very nice. The staff is very friendly, responsive, everyone is trying to please and help you. The service is on top. A compliment from the hotel upon arrival - very tasty hot cookies. There is a swimming pool with a steam room, transfer to the beach. The only small disadvantage is that there is no dryer in the room, swimsuits do not dry out in the bathroom overnight, but this is a trifle. The location is convenient: near the shopping center, exchangers, cafes from the embankment and a large hypermarket with food, essential goods. Well, the view from the window is gorgeous 👏🏼

I liked the interior of the room and the hotel, fluffy towels and bathrobes, excellent bed linen and a sweet sleep in bed.
The bad thing is the food!!!!!!!
It simply does not exist and there is nothing to choose from.
We ordered eggs Benedict for breakfast.
They gave a hard-boiled egg on breadcrumbs, not a bun, without salmon and poured not with sauce, but just melted butter.
The choice is very meager, there is no freshly squeezed orange juice, although Dubai Hilton restaurants serve it.
For dinner, it's generally dark.today was not fresh food, but from a New Year's dinner.
It was simply cut, mixed with sauce and served.The island in the center was generally empty for dinner today, there were some vases.
Those who ate according to the menu received fresh, beautiful food, with a fresh salad.
For us who like HB and FB inedible food.
Moreover, they always give barely alive food for dinner, it's not that it's not hot, it's barely warm.
There is also a hammam and a sauna.
A hammam is a room where just a steam generator hangs on the wall, and the benches are COLD, they are not heated, just a tiled bench.
Sauna - there are no stones, just a heater heats up to 70 degrees Celsius and a beautiful wall of salt.

The coffee in capsules is terrible, I bought it in the store acceptable for the beginning of the morning.
For 4 days they asked to adjust the air conditioner in the bedroom-zero attention, they say "yes, we will do it" and do nothing.
They asked to wash the floor , the wall panels of the kitchen set (everything is stained with grease ) from the cleaner, from the managers at the reception -no one washed it .
The hotel management doesn't care
A lot of money has been invested, but the current management is letting everything go to waste.

Nice hotel.
Good fitness, spa and swimming pool.
Breakfasts leave much to be desired, because on the second day you get tired of them. There is no variability and no choice. The choice of sweets and fruits is very modest.
