But big questions to the administrators of the clinic, who refused to count the dentist's appointment as a promotion, which was announced on the clinic's website, citing the fact that the record did not indicate that the appointment was for the promotion. This is not the problem of the client who made an appointment by calling the clinic, this is the problem of the employee who made the appointment if some kind of mark was needed. In addition, it was not indicated on the clinic's website that it was necessary to warn that we were coming for a special offer. Anyway, what's the difference? So we fell into the "hands" of Galina Alekseevna Cherepanova, who diagnosed acute idiopathic polyradiculoneuritis and prescribed treatment: an antibiotic and medrol. John didn't get any better, even though I worked with him every day and visited a rehabilitologist. Cherepanova always forgot at the reception that John had Cushing's syndrome. She assured me that the rehabilitation was long.

We specified the prices, but they did not give us a price list, but only clarified that anesthesia would cost 250 rubles and plus the surgeon's service for the operation, which he would tell us the price AFTER the operation. They gave me a piece of paper on which I signed that I was agreeing to the pet 's operation . We were told to go home , it 's going to take a while anyway , and after the operation is over, we 'll dial you. That's what they did ... it took more than 5 hours , and they only sent us the cat 's tests , until I started insisting that they say something about the operation . They said that the operation was successful and the doctor will call you back soon. It 's been several hours and I haven 't received a call . It was already 11 p.m. and I wanted some clarity, so I got in and drove straight there . I sat there waiting for 40 minutes and then the surgeon met me.

Then this Vadim started to "bargain" with me, saying that they could make a discount. It felt like I was not in a clinic, but in a bazaar somewhere . I called the law enforcement agencies. A young man arrived and argued to me, "You saw what you were signing." What did I actually sign? The fact that I agree to surgery? Okay, at the same time, I paid for this operation. We arrived in vet. the center - there was no one at the reception, they started walking around the reception rooms - no one either, they called on a previously dialed phone - no one answered (it's strange that we even got through the first time, no one answered or called back after that). As a result, my wife found a man somewhere at the end of the corridor and was told to "wait." We sat and waited for 20 minutes. The reception was empty all the time.
Finally, we got an appointment with a very strange employee (a brunette). At first, she slowly filled out a questionnaire, examined the cat, felt it, and said that she needed to take a blood test. When asked how this would affect further treatment (the cat is already old, it is clear that she will have a bad test) and asked to stop the inflammation faster, she said something like this: "if you want, you can take my place, you are not a doctor, you need to understand the situation more adequately, I can do something for her (a cat) should be injected, but you don't need it, and tests are needed to identify kidney or liver problems." It seemed that she was not a doctor, but was just stalling to wait for a real veterinarian (as a result, it turned out that way).
OK, we agreed, the employee took the blood from the cat and waited again. No one cared about the animal at all. Of course, the most important thing is to calmly fill out the paperwork and take a useless blood test from an elderly cat, rather than trying to help in any way.
Then the second employee (blonde) appeared. This was the veterinarian who made the diagnosis and prescribed the treatment. It turned out that a general blood test was taken from the cat, which could NOT detect kidney or liver problems. We said that the previous employee had told us something else. The second employee went to ask the first one, who said that she had not done a biochemical analysis because she could not take enough blood. Yes, and his (analysis) They wouldn't have done it anyway, because there's no lab technician. It's both funny and sad. There are only questions in the diagnosis section, you need to do a biochemical analysis, but they charged 25 rubles for a useless general analysis. Business - there's nothing you can do. As a result, we were prescribed medications (which is what we wanted right away) - common antibiotics of the general spectrum, solutions, ointments.
We return to the reception to pay for the reception, but it's empty again. I call back on the phone - no one answers, I walk along the corridor with reception rooms - there is no one. As a result, the first employee (a brunette) who initially received us comes to the reception and begins to do the work of the administrator - calculate the cost, accept money, issue a check. By the way, the cashier's check, as such, was not given. Just a piece of paper with a list of services performed and their cost.

The cost of ultrasound is 40 rubles, but please note that the cost of the service does not include gloves and antiseptic that will be used during the procedure, you will be charged an additional 6 rubles. for this.
