I came with my cat for a checkup. He's a tough nut to crack, so I kept him for inspection. As a result, the cat bit me hard, so much so that I almost lost consciousness. Neither the doctor nor the assistant were going to provide any first aid. Only after I asked for water, they brought me both water and ammonia. There was no question of any disinfection/treatment of the affected area. I give 2 stars for indifference to customers.
