We always went to the veterinarian Svetlana Sergeevna with animals. There are no questions about professionalism, I even saved difficult cases.
But there is enough to interact with customers. Very often she is aggressive and dissatisfied. She swears and presses morally if she doesn't like something or you said something wrong. It is impossible to communicate normally, you leave the clinic and are in no mood because of such deep disrespect.
Therefore, I do not even know whether to advise or not. Some doctors clearly need to learn how to work and communicate with clients

Never set foot in this clinic. They brought the pet, he was sick, he couldn't even walk by himself, they were carrying him in their arms. At the entrance, the receptionist (or whoever she is, I don't know) met her, casually glanced at the pet and said that they only accept by appointment, come on Monday. They took him to another clinic, without any records, they immediately examined the dog, questioned him, measured his blood pressure (pressure was 270/140), took tests, and gave 3 injections. By evening, the dog began to come to his senses. So in the evening, the veterinarian called back and asked about the dog's condition. This is understandable, where they treated the animal with love, and where pets are considered as expendable. This clinic left me a comment on my review, so that's what I'll tell you. Before Monday, with such pressure, it is not known that a person would have survived, but here is a little dog. So you've expressed your attitude towards animals. The indifference is just off the charts. It would be better if you didn't answer at all and remained silent.

I love this clinic, I've been there several times with a cat. The staff is friendly. I make an appointment in advance , the appointment is always on time . At the reception, the cat was always well examined, the temperature was measured , weighed , and questioned . There was also a bonfire . I was very worried . A day later, the cat came to his senses and jumps around the house, even more than before 😁
Inside there is a pet store and a pharmacy for animals, which is very convenient.

Terrible clinic, incompetent doctors. They contacted on 9.04, the dog was not given the necessary help, after passing a bunch of tests they could not find the cause of poor health, prescribed improper treatment that could aggravate the pet's already poor health. It's good that we turned to another veterinary clinic where we provided the necessary help on time. They didn't even bother why they didn't bring the pet the next day by appointment for an IV. I do not advise contacting this institution, they charge money, but they do not provide competent assistance.

Good afternoon, I want to share today's reception at this center. We called the center in advance, set the appointment time for 12-00, arrived 15 minutes before the appointment, waited an hour, and the doctor did not appear (it was necessary to do (ultrasound) to the dog. It is not clear who did the ultrasound, they took the money. That's the attitude towards animals and the owner. I do not recommend this center, not a professional attitude.........

There have never been any questions about this clinic, but after today's visit, the opinion has changed.
We had to get vaccinated (1 year old dog), and before that we picked up a tick.
When we arrived at the vet clinic, we got an appointment with Salati Sohaib. They didn't take us very well, to put it mildly. The doctor immediately began to pull out the tick, after which he threw it on the floor and crushed it with his foot. (As far as I know, this should not be the case), the place where the tick was was not treated in any way and immediately took up vaccination. The dog was not examined in any way before vaccination, and indeed during admission. No one measured his temperature, weighed him, or examined him for other ticks.
After the vaccination, I asked to trim more claws. He tried, but nothing worked, the dog started spinning, to which he said: - I won't do it. You don't hold him, but he's twitching, I'm going to cut him off, then blood will flow and we won't be able to stop it for two hours, and in general this is your job, not mine" (I don't think that's what a professional in his field would say. And then the question arises, why does the vet clinic have this service, for which the price is indicated, but as a result it cannot be produced??
In general, I was very dissatisfied with such an "examination".
Unfortunately, there was no politeness in communication either!

I'm surprised that the score is not 10 out of 5) I'll tell you.. a long time ago, about 7 years ago, I was dying of a heart attack, the best (for me) a cat in the world, (for those who understand, it was an exotic with a congenital defect)... The situation threw me into the vet clinic "Tower" in Polotsk. There were a lot of people and animals... But, we were received out of turn by a doctor "with an accent", who immediately warned that the chances were 1 in 1000 ... And, it turned out, he was right, despite all his and my manipulations, the cat died ( ... At home at night... It took a couple of days, and I started to come to my senses... And I remembered that they didn't take any money from me at the vet clinic. I've arrived.. There was no doctor above mentioned... But there was no sign of him that we were there...
BUT!)) His colleague asked him to describe all the manipulations he did with the cat...
and according to the list... specifically, he took money from me)) I will not spoil the reputation of the doctor, but he is still in the "tower"))
Without pets, we were able to for less than a year) first appeared (a street cat, which is certainly without flaws,)) then one dog... Then the second one... Pomeranian pomeranians (with a patella...
I found out about the branch of the Bazylevsky clinic by accident, because the location is convenient for me ...
BUT!!! When I saw the doctor there "with an accent")) I realized that all my livestock will be served only here!!! Later I found out that his name was Sahaib, that he and his wife were at the vet clinic(special thanks to the ophthalmologist) ...
I will not talk about how my dogs got back on their feet, thanks to Solati, (who knows, he will understand)
I assure you of one thing!!!
That if you think that you have harmed the health of your pet!, Then you, and only you!!!! brought to irreversible consequences!!!
I RECOMMEND IT!!! To everyone and everything!!!

The cat was treated for urolithiasis, sand plugs were washed twice, injections were injected, nothing helped, he was getting worse and worse, we signed up at this clinic for biochemistry analysis, it's difficult to ask off with my husband, we came for tests, we did an analysis, the analysis turned out to be very bad. Many thanks to Dr. Sohaib for putting a catheter on us, we were not on the record, otherwise the cat would not have survived poisoning. We were not left without help. The catheter did not help us, we had a urethrostomy operation, our cat remained alive. We will only contact professionals at this clinic.

This is the first time I am writing such a review. If I had read such a review in advance, I would not have been so sure about choosing this veterinarian. Let everyone make their own conclusions about professionalism, I'll just describe the situation in detail.
Sohaib's veterinarian was recommended to me as the best in the city. After reading excellent reviews about him here, I brought my two 11-month-old dogs to him for sterilization: Tuya and Yuta. Externally, the dogs are very similar, but differ in weight. The first one was taken to operate on a larger one. Sohaib weighed it (9.8), injected the drug. The dog did not fall asleep for a very long time (min. 40), the veterinarian all this time irritably asked if she had fallen asleep. I must say that politeness is not Sohaib's strongest point. His manner of communication often turned into a real rudeness. But for me, the most important thing was the health of my dogs, so I silently tolerated his tone, so to speak. The operation did not last long, 10-15 minutes. For some reason, the doctor decided not to weigh the second dog Yuta. I tried to tell him that she was smaller, but he pointedly ignored me and put her under anesthesia. The dog fell asleep quickly in 5-7 minutes. While her operation was going on, I was nearby with Tuya, who was recovering from anesthesia. When the veterinarian brought Yuta, for some reason he decided to put her right on top of the anesthetized one, although there was plenty of room in the room. I just silently pulled the Ute from the Tui to an empty seat. Tuya's first dog recovered from anesthesia quickly and easily, she left the clinic on her own feet. It was different with Utah. Watching her, I saw that the dog's chest stopped rising. Because the veterinarian was nearby, I said that the dog was not breathing in my opinion. Ignore it. I repeated it. I would like to note that my tone was as calm as possible: firstly, hysteria is not mine; secondly, I did not want to anger an already irritated doctor. But Sohaib ignored me again. Then I said: "Seriously, please come over, she doesn't seem to be breathing." The vet literally bumped into me (quote): " Next time I'll send you! If I brought you a dog, it won't die here! Otherwise, she would have died on my desk!" Then he grabbed Yuta by the withers and began to shake her very hard, telling us: "Just shake her by the neck so that she wakes up!"I had no choice but to start to slow down the dog. There were scales next to us, I asked the girl from the cash register to weigh Utah - 9 kg. In general, we stayed there for about an hour, the dog vomited, she never got up on her feet, they carried her out in their arms. Sohaib was showing with all his face that it was time for us to leave. When leaving, they asked how to take care of the seams, he replied that there was no need to process anything, everything would heal itself. At home, the dog never got back on his feet. She just lay there, trying not to move and whimpered. Tuya, on the contrary, felt good. The volunteers from the shelter, from whom we took the dogs, reassured me that this happens in the first day. On the third day, I insisted that the situation was abnormal, as it did not get any better. I sent photos of the stitches of the dogs to the volunteers, they said they were inflamed. They began to give Utah, on their recommendation, an antibiotic and treat both dogs with chlorhexidine stitches. On the fourth day, I decided to show the dog to the veterinarian, because Utah still did not get up. Sohaib had a weekend off, went to another hospital. Veterinarian Artyom said that Utah has a large internal hematoma. The dog lost 2 (!) kg in three days. He prescribed to continue the course of antibiotics he had started and added an anti-inflammatory / analgesic. He said to give it three days, if it doesn't get better, you'll need something stronger. The new pills made Utah feel better immediately, but only for the duration of their action. After the next three days of treatment, the suture began to look good, but the dog never got better. On the eighth day, I took her to Sohaib, because he went to work from the weekend. Sohaib met me unkindly, said (quote): "I've done 3,000 surgeries, I NEVER have consequences! You can't know that the dog is in pain!" I asked to see the dog anyway. He replied, "I'll give you five minutes! Bring your dog!" After examining Utah and taking a picture of her, he said that everything was fine with her. And even though he sees that because of the pain, the dog puts its paws incorrectly, it does not need to be treated with anything, everything will pass by itself! To the question: "How long to endure?", he replied - "three weeks!" Confused, I left there and went back to the veterinarian Artyom. He immediately noted that the dog was very hot, the temperature was 40.3. He did an ultrasound, said that the antibiotic should be changed to a stronger one, because the hematoma did not resolve a drop. The tests were passed - the inflammatory process progressed. The veterinarian selected a new course of treatment: injections of antibiotics, painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs. After two days of treatment (a full course of 10 days), it was already possible to do without painkillers. The dog and I are very grateful to Artyom, because most likely, Utah would not have survived the three weeks of patience recommended by Sohaib. Personal impressions of Sohaib's Veterinarian: rudeness, immense vanity, the inability to accept their mistakes. Thank you for reading this.
