The clinic left a bad impression. Three doctors advised three different treatment protocols for the dog. And then they asked me, how will we treat? In the hospital, they don't look after the animals at all, they put them in a cage and forgot. They could not do biochemistry, they say that the animal arrived with a full stomach. Although 9 hours have passed since the last feeding and after that the dog did not eat anything at all!!!! Thank you for at least getting the money back.

This clinic was contacted on the advice of friends. Although it is a little far away for us, we still decided to choose it.
They were made an appointment with an ophthalmologist. The day before the appointment, I called the clinic and asked to reschedule the appointment due to the fact that I might not be in time. The operator girl postponed the recording and a day later we arrive at the right time, but they tell us that there is no recording!!
They did not offer anything and did not even apologize, just "we do not know anything, there is no recording"
Due to the operator's inattention, we had to waste our pet's time and nerves, and in such heat!!
I do not advise contacting this clinic if you do not want such an attitude!!

I do not recommend this clinic, because they did not help us.

It's a terrible clinic....by appointment, you still have to wait and wait a long time!!!! Two paws were stabbed by the dog while they took an elementary blood test, the "laboratory assistant" took blood without gloves, smeared all her hands in blood, horror!!! The dog is stressed! One doctor prescribes procedures, the second cancels and asks why they were prescribed, well, if you want, I'll do it ...
Let's go, since it was already closer to 21.00 and near the house. Not another foot! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!

I had to go to an ATM and change money, but as a result it turned out that the wrong price was announced (40% less than the real one) ...

A month ago, we came to vaccinate our kitten (on Melnikaite Street). The doctor liked her very much, carefully examined the kitten, took her temperature, stroked her and only after that she was vaccinated. She gave answers to all the questions. I was very pleased with the clinic, and especially with the doctor. I began to advise my friends who have animals to go there.
And so the time came for re-vaccination and, without thinking, of course, I turned to this clinic again. It wasn't so beautiful this time. I have not examined the kitten so carefully, I have not measured the temperature!!! And in general, she treated the animal very dryly. It seems that she has no love for animals at all (it seemed to me so).
The receptionist is no longer at the reception!!! The doctor also works for the administrator!

Great clinic! The whole family treats their cats here. Now we are treating an old cat, a serious diagnosis is oncology. The other day, the pet was operated on, the doctors are very attentive, even the clients are calmed and supported morally.. That Friday we were on chemotherapy with a cat, she was terribly groggy, kicking, hissing, and doctors Gleb Eduardovich and Ivan (I don't remember the patronymic) very professionally and delicately restrained the cat. I wonder how they have the strength and patience, I am very grateful to them.. Many thanks to the receptionists and girls, they are always attentive to visitors, very polite and work clearly. The doctor was called home. Arrived. I couldn't take blood normally from a cat. He stabbed two paws, with the wild cries of the poor cat. He had no painkiller with him. And this is for 45 rubles and a fee for each tube. Skillfully scratched his tongue and intimidated.
We went depressed for about a day, then went to another vet clinic. And lo and behold: the cat was lifted to its feet, now we are being treated.
To this clinic never again and for nothing.
Now we are considering the words of this would-be doctor, half of it was definitely a wild piece of shit, invented on the go.
There is a very strong feeling that everyone here needs only money and does not care about the patient's condition.
Among the advantages: nice and friendly girls at the reception of calls, quick test results (more on this below).
Oh yes: the tests. The blood tests for their minima-maxima surprised our new doctor very much. Just in case, we will redo them. That is, there is only one plus, which means nothing, in fact.
Anyway, thank you for showing that you can profit from defenseless animals. Now let's be careful.
