We have been to this clinic twice and have not been able to find an approach to the child. Although she explained that he was at the dentist for the first time and did not yet know what was waiting for him.
The first time we signed up, we came and were told that they would not accept us without analysis. I had to leave. (Although we asked everything on the phone in advance what needs to be prepared)
The second time we came with tests and just before the appointment, the doctor said that we should do a targeted X-ray of one tooth (they did not warn us about this in advance, we would then come another day to take a picture). My son had a gag reflex and he cried, was afraid and wouldn't let me take a picture. To which the doctor indignantly said that even 3-year-olds take pictures calmly. By the way, my son is 4 years old, with tears in his eyes and after several attempts we left without undergoing treatment and without a picture.
Although before they come, they call several times to find out if you will come to the appointment and is it really impossible at this time to inform parents what needs to be done before visiting a doctor.
Also, when I asked to take a panoramic picture, not a sighting, it turned out that there was no doctor and he would come only in half an hour. I didn't have so much time to wait, I hired a babysitter specifically for this visit to leave the younger child with a babysitter while I treat the teeth of the older one.
