On 03/01/25, we were checked into room 313. It was completely saturated with the smell of cigarettes (We opened the door to the balcony to ventilate and went for a walk. When we returned, we saw that the door was closed. This means that the hotel staff entered our room while we were away.😯 When we returned, it turned out that there was NO WATER in the hotel.🫣 We were just told to wait until morning. It was impossible to wash, go to the toilet, or even wash your hands! In the end, we went to another hotel. Attention! The hotel refused to refund the money. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Dirty rooms with the smell of cigarettes, no water, and rude staff who can't solve anything. The rooms are old. The faucet on the sink is broken, the hair dryer is not working. One of the worst hotels in Istanbul that I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend anyone to even go near this hotel.
