Our air conditioner did not work, then the water did not work, the air conditioner was never fixed.
The apartment was small, there is a kitchen, but why is not clear, it would be better to use a place for a closet. I don't know how to describe it, but the condition is like a tub just painted on top.
For food, they give you a coupon with which you go to a nearby cafe, given the prices in this area, breakfasts beat off the price very well.
The location is good, everything is nearby, Istiklal Street is within walking distance.
In general, this is a super economical option that I would recommend avoiding. We only slept in the room, so we didn't really feel all the troubles.

A good hotel with a good location, there is a bus stop nearby, across the street is the central tourist street Istiklal.
The hotel itself is located in a quiet area, the rooms are cozy, Turkish breakfasts are served in the morning, and the hosts are cool guys, they will help and tell you everything that is unclear.
At first it may seem that you are in a strange area, but this is what all residential areas in the European part of Istanbul look like.

We booked a room in this hotel in October 2021 through Booking, paid for several days, but ran away after the first night. The hotel is located in a terrible, dirty place, next to a vegetable fair: waste and boxes are stored right on the road, and there are abandoned and burned houses next to the hotel. The room is dusty, with old furniture made from the remains of various sets; the maid, if there is one, did not bother to remove the hair and medical mask of the last visitor. Of the household items, only the marble window sill, if it is important to someone.
I do not recommend choosing this place to stay in Istanbul, spoil your mood and impression.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, dirty and smelly rooms, with leaky sheets. At night, suspicious people are constantly clustered under the windows, because this hotel is located in a criminal area. And everything that happens there can be heard, even with the windows closed. The rooms are not cleaned until you ask for it, and if they are, they will forget to put a towel or toilet paper. Breakfasts in this hotel are a separate kind of greed and disregard for tourists. In any case, do not check into this hotel and in the area in which it is located, behind Tarlabashi Boulevard. Women of easy virtue, drug dealers, beggars, refugees from Syria, these are the main inhabitants of this area.

The hotel itself is good, the breakfasts are decent, the service is not to complain, but not the cleanest street can spoil the impression somewhat, but if your task is to enjoy Istanbul all day, and only spend the night in the hotel, then the option is just great

The neighborhood is so-so. Istiklal is not far away, but you have to go uphill, under the bridge past the drug-addicted appearance of the local inhabitants. The room itself is small and nothing works normally in it - the door can only be closed with a single key, which also requires to be handed over at the reception. There is a TV, but not a single channel has been seen, not even a Turkish one. The faucet in the sink is hanging out, well, etc.

Clear. Neat. The kitchen is sparse. More for dieters. The stairs are not convenient to climb into the residential building. The staff is friendly. Everyone will tell you, even if they don't know, they will try to help.
Wi-Fi is average. It works well in the morning. In the evening, so-so.
