We lived for 9 days , September 19. The hotel left a positive impression. Of the minuses : I rented room 5 (a large room with a view of the garden), the shower cabin flowed (after not long procedures , water appeared on the floor , which flowed to the center of the shower room), slightly stiff mattresses on the beds (well, this is subjective)), hot water flowed for a long time (this is the problem of the whole of Tashkent) and very noisy faucets in the sinks or pipes or something else, when the faucet in the sink was turned on in the next room, its noise was clearly audible, just like the noise of the mixer in your room, there is no standardized cleaning schedule, if you leave the key, the room will be cleaned, you will not leave it. In 9 days, they have not changed their underwear once, but here I think the whole point is that they did not ask (read the paragraph above)) Among the advantages: polite and friendly staff, clean and new rooms, and the whole hotel as a whole, very cool location, cozy garden and veranda on the second floor, clean pool, good breakfasts. There is a lot to strive for, but in general, I can recommend the hotel!
Navigation is not clear, a different address was indicated in the booking. It turned out that the hotel is located much deeper from the main street. Overall, it is very clean and tidy, but please note that the room may be without a window to the street and the toilet and shower are shared in the hallway. Not everyone will be satisfied with this.
The rooms are cozy and clean. Well-maintained yard and new furniture. Sanitary conditions are observed. Problems with breakfast, they don't know how to calculate the amount of food. Administrator Anya deserves a separate rating of 5. Very well-mannered, knows her job perfectly!
