We had a rest in the middle of August, a budget hotel, justifiably 3*, the room was clean, the furniture was ordinary, without frills, towels were changed on time, cleaning was also done properly.
There is a bus to the sea, it takes 5 minutes to drive, there is a swimming pool, the food is good, there is plenty to choose from, animation for children up to 6-7 years old, our 9 was no longer interesting.
Overall, we had a good rest, thanks for the service.
P.S. The only thing I really didn't like was that the transfer driver didn't know where the hotel was and couldn't find it, he dropped us off at one o'clock in the morning, showed us where to go, I don't know where, and left. Please contact the hotel administration: either inform the transfer, or make the sign visible to human eyes.

I liked the hotel, despite the fact that we were in hotels - fives , fours. The staff is sociable, smiling and unobtrusive. Hello to the administrator Ekaterina, a nice, sociable girl! In addition to her two administrators also communicate well in Russian. I was really glad when I realized that it would be unnecessary to explain myself in another language.
The service, as in some hotels at this time, is not curtailed, they work smoothly, there are several shifts of staff... Everyone is in time. The cleaning is good, the service speed in the restaurant is very good.
The atmosphere, in general, is very cozy, homely, it caught on and we remember it warmly after a week.
Wi-Fi is good, YouTube worked well for me in our 709 room (2nd floor).
For those who care about alcohol, they will pour as much as they need.
The location is very good. About 4 minutes on foot to maka, Waikiki and the ring (the very center), where shops and a bazaar are located.
The territory of the hotel is green. There is a playground for children. We were in Egypt's "5" in June, even there it was worse :)
The food did not seem repetitive to us, as some wrote below. Everything is delicious and fresh. they try to diversify every day. Soups are top. Sausages , meat, chicken, vegetables - everything is there. The beer is delicious.
Animation from visiting artists was almost every day during our week of rest. For the end of October, this is very good.

About the advantages: within walking distance from the old town, green area, friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 22.30, we were fed cold snacks, thank you . Delicious beer. Good cosmetic repairs, both of the buildings themselves and the rooms. Many thanks to the driver who takes you to the beach. If he sees that there are a lot of people, he makes several flights, regardless of the schedule.The beach and the sea are a special delight!
Of the cons: there is a lot of food, but the quality / freshness leaves much to be desired. They couldn't drink coffee, it's not coffee...My husband and I were poisoned, minus 1 day of rest. The room is standard, well, very small for two. Cleaning of the territory is not daily, for a week, we saw a cleaning company a couple of times. I do not recommend going to the Hammam, but you can go for a massage. There is no steam, they heat it with hot water. The room is dusty and dirty. The toilet is a separate story. It was squeamish to be there. Wi fi is only available near the reception😊
And I'm absolutely delighted with Side. Transport accessibility. Shops, historical sites. The embankment is 7km. Let's go back to Side definitely.

A wonderful 3* hotel, they feed like in 4*))) firstly, the staff is very friendly, there are those who speak Russian. The room is clean and serviceable. In the room there is a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, 2 towels per guest, refrigerator. Cleaning every day + a bottle of water for each guest every day. Towels and linen are changed every other day. There are coolers on site, you can refill bottles with water) the Internet was used in the lobby. That was enough) we came to the sea, not to sit on the phone). Food: there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. For lunch and dinner: meat or fish :) food for every taste, very satisfying :) A bus takes you to the beach. We did not walk, because the way to the beach is through a road full of dirt and dust. Therefore, the bus and only the bus :) the beach is excellent: sun beds with a mattress, umbrellas for free. There are no beach towels, take your own. On the beach there is a toilet, shower, changing room, tea and water. There are always places on the beach:) unlike the city beach, the hotel beach is free and clean :) the city is crowded and the sea is dirty. Side city center is 20 minutes on foot))) near Waikiki, a101, migros. We went to Manavgat waterfall on our own :) there are 2 excellent restaurants near the hotel (perhaps the best in the city: Sky Safran and Serenada). But be careful! There is a tour desk next to the hotel, where we were severely deceived! I attached the booklets to the photo. According to the booklet, we had to pay $35 per person for a full tour to Alanya. In fact, already in Alanya it turned out that it was necessary to pay 450 liras from each! And the tour was in English. When they came to the bureau with questions, the Owner abruptly forgot Russian and "froze off". It's very unpleasant...

We love this hotel for its warm welcome and pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel is small, for families with children.
The only drawback is animation for children and adults. But you can always make up for this by walking to the old town, which is located nearby.
You can get to the sea by transfer from the hotel, or on foot (20 minutes)
There are no complaints about food, everything was enough.

A very pleasant hotel for such a modest fee, very responsive and helpful staff. I highly recommend those who love sandy beaches, there is a scheduled shuttle service to the beach from the hotel. We had a rest in early June 2024, we liked everything. The food is varied for every taste (fish, chicken, turkey, beef kebab, shawarma). Drinks are standard, except whiskey and Coke. Very good beer. LCWaikiki, Point shops, tents with clothes, souvenirs and groceries are within walking distance. It is not far to go to the sights by the sea. There are performances in the evenings.

We had a vacation in July 2024 with my husband and me. We really liked everything! We arrived at 00:00, checked in and went for a walk. The room is clean, new furniture, TV, split system, refrigerator with drinking water. Water, towels, cleaning every day. Very tasty and varied food. The staff is wonderful, only the plate is free, a second and the plate is gone. The men's team, the beauties. A bus takes you to the beach and brings you back, you can walk through the center of Godod to the beach yourself. We often returned from the sea ourselves or went swimming at night. The city center is within walking distance, people are walking, discos, the Ancient city. The hotel has an Animator, entertainment every evening starting with children, then karaoke, then practical jokes, oriental dances, Turkish there is table football, tennis and delicious cocktails. The atmosphere is great. It is suitable for family holidays, youth and adults. A soulful hotel.
We took excursions next to the hotel on the right side of the hotel.

We rested in this hotel at the end of May 2024. The main argument for coming here is the price and quality! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay here. Very attentive staff, managers, excellent room cleaning, chefs tried their best! Very convenient location of the hotel, there is a shuttle service to the beach, but we are on foot, it's about 20 minutes slowly, to the center of Side and to the ruins of the same 20 minutes, everything is within walking distance. The beach is on the East side, where there is no promenade and there is sooo much space for a good rest, as well as a wonderful entrance to the sea, where you can use a sun lounger and an umbrella for free. There is a beautiful swimming pool on the territory, the rooms are not the newest, but everything is very neat and clean, everything you need is there. Internet is available on site, as well as for a fee for a week of 12 days. People of different nationalities rested with us, there were many Russian speakers, only a few of the staff speak Russian, but there were never any problems with communication! There were performances in the evenings.I can say one thing, if you are without show-offs and do not have a huge budget, then you are here! You won't regret it!!!

I stayed at the hotel from 01 to 12 October 2024. For anyone who decides to relax in this hotel, you need to understand that the hotel is 3 stars.
I liked everything. All problems that arise are solved at the reception in consultation with the hotel management. Positive for vacationers.
The food is not varied, but everything is of high quality. You can choose according to your taste. Everything is fine for the three. The dishes are clean, it makes a big difference to me.
I bought a standard room with single occupancy. Upon check-in, they offered a room on the 3rd floor. For me, due to my health and age, it was high. Then we moved into a beautiful room, where there was clean linen, good room cleaning. Sometimes they put old and gray towels, of course, they need to be replaced with new ones.
There is nowhere to dry the laundry, only on the balcony and on chairs. I dried it that way.
The beach is far from the hotel for me. Every day from 8-30 to 18 o'clock we repeatedly went to the beach and back by minibus from the hotel. The driver is a very good person, depending on the number of people willing, he made several additional flights. He controlled everyone, thank him very much.
The beach is clean, the sun beds are comfortable with good mattresses. Bring your own beach towels. There is coffee, tea and water on the beach.
The sea is beautiful, a hole forms at the entrance, it is very difficult for people who are not young to go out. But this is not a problem, if desired, other vacationers can help get out.
There is entertainment at the hotel every evening. The interior and buildings of the hotel are very clean, everything is beautiful and very cozy. Two pools.
There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, all very friendly.
Overall, I liked the hotel and left only positive impressions. Thanks to all the hotel staff for their warm attitude towards vacationers, attention, hard work and a warm, homely atmosphere in the hotel.

We had a vacation with friends in September 2024. Nobody liked the hotel. Check-in is fast, they speak Russian at the reception. We ordered 2 standard rooms. We have never seen such a standard) room 1.5× 1.5 m.- fits 2 double beds + an old TV in front. That's it! The bathroom is a separate story. The door is a piece of wood sliding sideways, because there is simply no place to open the door. In general, it is not completely closed. So all the smells of the toilet automatically enter the kennel room. The watering can from the shower was constantly falling off on his head. The water is cold, then immediately boiling water pours, something average can be achieved in 20 minutes. On the first day, we woke up in a puddle of water on the bed, in the rain - the air conditioner leaked on our heads. The next day, they tried to fix it for us. The 2nd night also started with rain on my head, because it's probably not realistic to fix this junk anymore, I had to move to another equally miserable room at 12 a.m. So, nutrition is acceptable, you won't be hungry, but everything is the same every day. What is not finished for breakfast will be for lunch and dinner. By the way, dinner ends at exactly 21, if you arrive late- that's it, wait for breakfast, they won't give you anything else. Drinks- beer diluted to 1 degree, cocktails are as non-alcoholic as possible and then after 18 hours. They took alcohol from a nearby store and a boutique. The territory consists of six 3-storey houses, with a small swimming pool between them. (the site has a photo of the hotel from above - this is a photo of 2 neighboring hotels, misleading) EVERYTHING. There is nothing else. The beach is to go by bus, it runs every hour. The beach is clean - there are always free sunbeds. You can enjoy it - diluted juice and coffee, there are no more drinks. Animation - a children's disco takes place at 20 o'clock, at 21 there is some kind of belly dance from an elderly dancer)
Let's go to the hotel after reading the laudatory reviews) I don't understand who writes them, I've never seen such an old, barely functioning hotel. I wrote a review as objectively as possible, I hope this will help someone not to make our mistake!

We rested at this hotel on the 20th of June 2024, a family of three, as well as our friends with the same composition, arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., we were immediately sent for breakfast and almost immediately checked in, although check-in at 14 00, the first impression of the room was a shock, because everything was in the photo it was nice, clean and new, but in fact it was a very tired room, with streaks on the floor and walls, with black streaks on the toilet and small debris on the floor (I must say that by the evening it no longer mattered what this room looked like, since in the end we only came there to sleep, they didn't even turn on the TV), went to the reception, asked to change the room, they immediately gave us the key to another room, which turned out to be plus/minus the same, only on the 3rd floor, and ours was on the 1st, so we decided to stay on the 1st floor. The territory is excellent, the pools are clean, there are always free places, the children's pool is also wonderful, the children were delighted, there is also a small playground for children, with slides, swings and a trampoline. Regarding the food, we really liked it, there is always a lot of food, everything is delicious and of high quality, a variety in desserts and salads, there are no questions at all. There was no animation, there were some dancing and music 2 times, but it didn't matter to us. At the reception, we paid for Wi-Fi 2 times and always smiling and looking into the eyes, the receptionist did not give 100 lira change, which would have been left as a tip anyway, but the very fact that it seems to her that we do not know how to count is funny, but when we pointed it out to her, she immediately stopped smiling and she gave me the change. The transfer to the beach is also very tired, instead of an air conditioner there is an open door, but the plus is that there is a transfer at all, the beach is nice, cozy, clean, there are always free sun beds, the entrance to the sea is ideal, there is also a shower and toilet. We left at 4 a.m., we were packed with boxes of food: 2 sandwiches each, an apple, a piece of cheese and a cucumber - thank you. In general, if you do not take the first impression and minor disadvantages, everything was fine - the food, the hotel area and the sea itself with the beach are just super! The staff, except for those at the reception, are all very friendly, sociable and generally pleasant people, thank them for their work! Side is a wonderful city, with an interesting and long history, kind people and a beautiful sea!

He takes us there and then back. Food!!! I like everything!!! Everyone is well-fed and satisfied. Two bars. There is a hookah in the evening. The rooms are cleaned perfectly too!!! Every day. People have different vacations, mainly Germany and Russia. There are many places to go nearby, starting from shops, ending with the embankment with its sights.We go there by bus, 10 lire ticket.

Also, the entire territory is planted with plants. The hotel has a very polite, good-natured, smiling staff, we are glad to see visitors every day, cook sincerely and with a soul, trying for consumers. The buffet is very conditional, no more than five meters, but the chefs try to diversify the food as much as possible, almost every dinner they cook meat, chicken, turkey, wok, fresh fish and other dishes.The rooms are very modest, but there is everything you need to stay, and you are almost not in the room, because the hotel is in the very center, and the ancient city and the embankment are a five-minute walk away. The hotel beach is small, but very clean and sparsely populated. It is not close, it takes about 20 minutes to walk, but from 8:30 in the morning to 18:00 in the evening, a minibus goes there every hour in exactly five minutes and back in 15 minutes, except for 13 and 14 hours. Every evening there is a children's disco at about 20:30, or once every few days they arrange a small performance. The hotel has free Internet access only at the reception, and in order for the Internet to work throughout the territory, you need to pay 2 € per day. Spa services can also be used at the hotel for a fee, but the quality is not known, we have not tried it. In general, I recommend the dream of side hotel to everyone, especially for family holidays.

We are currently vacationing with our daughter at this hotel. Solid 3 stars. The hotel is simple but well maintained. The rooms are cozy, we have a room with a large balcony. The street is not noisy, the mosque is far away, so the whole area is not noisy.
WiFi is free only in the restaurant and reception area, in the rooms for money.
The food is varied, even a child will always find something to eat. The pool is not small, the depth is 1.4 m. The water is clean, there is a water slide, a gate for water polo.
The beach is 15-20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by the hotel bus, which runs in the morning and after lunch every hour. The hotel has its own sandy beach. The entrance to the sea is flat.
In the evening, a cute children's animation.
I recommend the hotel for families with children, and for couples and companies without children.

I don't understand the positive reviews at all. We arrived at 8 a.m., we drove from Antalya airport for almost 3 hours. The first impression is someone's cottage. Check-in is at exactly 14, before that time, do whatever you want. We went to breakfast, everything was very sparse, minimal, the tables / chairs were old plastic. The appearance does not inspire any confidence at all. Lobby / reception room 2’2, smoky, nothing to breathe,,, where the conder barely pulls ... in general, I am in the hotel for 1 hour and I am very sorry that I fell for the reviews!! Despite the fact that I gave decent money for this horror- 160 for two people a week ... here max takes 30 days off. And do not go to the sea, just go according to the schedule 🫣

We had a vacation with a child and a friend in October 2019. The hotel is wonderful!!!! I was especially pleased with the friendly, friendly, hospitable staff. All the guys are responsive, always smiling, they will answer any question, help, and are friendly to the kids. There is a free bus from the hotel to the sea, the trip takes only 5-7 minutes. We also walked to the sea, the time took about 20-25 minutes. But the beach is nice, sandy, the sea is clean!
Also, the ancient ruins of Side are within walking distance from the hotel, you should definitely go to these historical places!
As for the kitchen, I can note very tasty pies and cakes, they could not deny themselves this pleasure) and in general, the food is delicious and no one was left hungry! For a budget family holiday, I highly recommend the hotel! For

We stayed at this hotel from September 30 to October 11, 2019 with an adult son. The hotel is small, but it is very comfortable to relax in. The kitchen is very good, the waiters are very friendly, they work like bees from early morning until late evening. The chefs are 5+, I even miss their kitchen. There is no such variety at home anyway . Everything was very tasty and during the 12 days of rest, not many dishes (except the standard ones) had time to repeat themselves. The room went to 504 in the farthest building, facing a residential street, and the neighboring hotel, large, all plumbing was in good order (at night there was a smell of sewage from the shower, but I opened the bathroom window and closed the door leading to the rooms. In the morning, the smell disappeared as soon as they started using the plumbing.) The room is large, 3 single beds, 2 curbstones, a mirror, a telephone, a coffee table, a small refrigerator (more for water and juices than for storing frozen food), a closet in the hallway without doors (but it is convenient, since clothes were ventilated), a TV (there were Russian channels) . The balcony is just huge, 2 chairs and a table with an ashtray. Liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel were constantly available.The room was cleaned daily, we never paid for it, towels are changed on the 3rd day of arrival. As a result, at the end of the rest, my son and I accumulated more clean towels than we should (apparently, our friendly attitude towards the staff was doing its job).the reception is very small, not for parties. One of the managers, a man speaks Russian well, a woman does not even understand English, so it's better for her to write in a phrasebook. There were small requests from our side (to change the light bulb and check the sewer), they responded to our request on the same day. The territory is green, small, there are 2 palm trees with bananas, a pool for kids with a small mountain and a pool for adults. 140 cm with one slide, which was included in the afternoon according to the schedule. The contingent is changing, Russians, Germans, British, Turks. It is noticeable that the Germans are definitely loved here, but I did not notice any ignoring of Russians, unless you behave like cattle. Beach..a special topic..rather, this is a disadvantage of this hotel..and not because of the distance (about 1km on a short road and 1.5 if on a long one.. transfer from a small minibus arrives as many times as necessary) and due to the fact that the beach is not particularly equipped.. once we didn't get any sun beds and we immediately went to the hotel to the pool, but by and large we could stay with our inflatable mattress. This is not a big problem if you come to the sea in a good mood. There is a dash..There is a toilet.water in the cooler. You can walk along the shore to the ancient city! Along the way, collecting shells! We walked around the shops in the neighborhood on our own, visited the temple of Apollo (down from the circle where the flag is), an ancient city! Pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, an awesome bazaar on the way to the embankment and the temple of Apollo, where you can bargain! The rest will be great! We got what we wanted.In our case, there were no disadvantages. But to each his own. My son and I first prioritized recreation. By the way, I do not advise you to take excursions from the hotel guides, uninteresting guides, it is better to take them from the hotel nearby the guys sell. We have recently arrived from Turkey. We were at the Dream of Side Hotel. I was vacationing with my husband and son. I liked everything very much. The staff is very polite and friendly. In addition to typical alcoholic drinks, the bar provided cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic for children. As in other hotels visited by us, this was not the case.
Due to the small number of the hotel, it is a big plus.
SEM is a young, handsome, unique human animator. Children run with him in a string from morning to evening. It turns adults on in the evenings. All kinds of games, pranks, discos are constantly happening.
Within walking distance of the Old Town, shops, bazaars.
The sea is clean, the beach is large. There were enough sun beds for everyone. The neighboring hotels on the beach are located at a distance, they have not been encountered.
As for the kitchen. Everything is fine here too. The food was delicious, the food varied: fish, chicken, turkey in different versions. Very tasty sweets.
The cons are the transfer to the beach. And sometimes the maid didn't change the towel. But the issue was quickly resolved.
And don't forget, the hotel has been awarded three stars!!!

We arrived at this hotel on 26.05 to 5.06. We read a lot of good things about the hotel in reviews. And it was confirmed! It's really very cool here. Very clean area, wonderful staff! We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. and did not have to wait until 14 to check in, we checked in immediately without even questions. The staff is very friendly, kind, not intrusive! How many times I flew to Turkey and Egypt, everywhere the food was already 5-6 days old, and here everything is quite diverse. There are few outlets in the room, or rather one in the room and one in the bathroom, so it's better to take something with you. The rooms are cleaned every day. Entertainment! This is a separate story)) For children, the Sem animator is everything!!! Yes, and for adults. Every day there are children's discos and various adult entertainment! To be honest, in my opinion, if it wasn't for him and not for the moment how everyone adores him, the hotel wouldn't be so fun!))) The 3 star hotel has outgrown already! I strongly advise everyone, you will not regret it!

Friendly staff, delicious food. I had a two-room room with air conditioning, a TV, a refrigerator. They take you to the sea by bus, you can easily walk!!! The hotel is three stars, and in fact 4!!!!!
There are discos for children every day. Only Inna speaks excellent Russian at the hotel reception! Everything will tell you where and how. If you have any questions, it's better to solve it with her!! The hotel also has 2 swimming pools (adult and children's). There is a playground!! 2 trampolines and a volleyball court. I really liked the hotel. I recommend.
