We spent the night at the end of February. The room costs 130 GEL, there is no heating. It's as cold as a tomb! The air conditioner can't handle what's in or out. We slept in our clothes under blankets. There is no kettle. There was not enough money for a kettle in the room, they put it on the 1st floor. Taking a shower in such a cold place is also a so-so event. We were with the kids, and we regretted staying at this "dream hotel" a thousand times. Breakfast is also not included. I don't recommend it.

We stayed with a family, two adults and two children. I liked everything. Excellent breakfasts, courteous staff. We will definitely come again.

It's unrealistic to go into the bathroom afterwards. We didn't need a conder in the apartments, it was very cold with him. Breakfast is not included in the price. 500 rubles for each must be paid separately. Russian at the reception is not spoken from the word at all. Okay, the sister spoke English, otherwise the translator would not have helped much.
