We were at the hotel in August 2021. In Turkey 5 times. After the rest, there were only pleasant impressions. It's not a long walk to the beach, 7 minutes slowly. The sand is fine and pleasant. There are enough sun beds, there were always free places. The food is varied, everything is delicious. From fruits watermelon, melon, figs, apples, plums. On one day of the days, rolls were given. There is a migros nearby, you can buy everything you need. We went to the old town. Wi-fi worked without interruption, but in general we went to the sea, and not to surf the Internet. Animation every day at the hotel (aqua aerobics, darts, entertainment for children)
I read the reviews below that they do not clean the tables, which I cannot confirm, everything superfluous was immediately removed, besides, they approached and clarified whether they needed to bring something else. Yes, the hotel does not have a territory as such, but we didn't really need it, we only came to the hotel to sleep
Nice hotel, with helpful staff. The beach is 7 minutes on foot (spotted) and 2 minutes by bus (runs every 15 minutes), there are always enough sunbeds on the beach and at the pool. The sea is clean, the beach is flat, sandy, good for small children. The food is varied, delicious, even shrimps are given) Nearby there is a stop to the Antique Side (the fare is $ 1), there is also a migros and various shops.
Nice staff, nice pools.
Huge advantages are, firstly, Wi-Fi, which catches even by the pool and allows you to watch videos. Super comfortable.
The second huge plus is the location. There is a shopping center, a local supermarket and a market right across the river. You can go there at least every day. There is also a minibus stop nearby.
Cons: saving on food (but now everyone is saving) and a meager evening program.
We vacationed here with my husband in September 2021. This is our second trip, the first one took place in Lazarevskoye on its own. In Turkey, an all-inclusive tour from the agency. The hotel made us very happy, we had a great rest, there are no comments at all. I liked the food and the work of the staff the most. The food is so delicious and varied that we didn't have time to try everything in a week. The waiters are very friendly and good-natured, lots of sweets. Room cleaning every day. The room has air conditioning, kettle, tea, coffee bags, carbonated and non-carbonated water, iced tea and pepsi. If there is time left for TV, there are 3 Russian channels. The Internet in the room is available, although unstable. The animation is also good every day, there was an Oktoberfest festival and various performances, a lottery and contests. Although the water in the pool is treated every evening, it does not smell like bleach when you swim. There were always plenty of sun beds available on the beach and near the pool. In general, everything is great! Many thanks to the staff, animators for their efforts and attention to the guests!I would like to return there next year.
Nice hotel. Full-fledged 4*. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff looks after everything. The rooms are cleaned with high quality. The dining room is very good, there are no complaints about nutrition at all. A very good range of dishes. The meat is represented by chicken, turkey, lamb, pork and beef. In the evenings, they make kebabs, rolls and other goodies. There are a lot of vegetables and herbs, tomatoes and cucumbers are non-nitrate; fruits are represented by apples, pears, plums, watermelons, melons and peaches. It is unclear why - but the guests massively eat French fries, despite other types of good side dishes. Grilled vegetables are always available. The beer is not bad, light. Juices are mostly from vending machines, apple juice is similar to natural. And they pour very good natural Tomato juice from the packages on the bars. The beach is 500 meters away on foot, or by free minibus every 15 minutes. There are plenty of sun beds. Medium-ground sand.
I didn't like the pool - very strongly chlorinated water. And the hotel does not have its own territory as such. Everything is very compact.
But the olinclusive concept is fully consistent.
We were in late May - early June 2019. Good room stock. The sea is a 6-minute leisurely walk through the territory of the neighboring hotel. Its own beach area with free sun beds. Dinners on the beach - very tasty tortillas are prepared by a Turkish granny. In general, the food is monotonous, meat is mainly chicken, seafood is very rare - there is a queue for squid in batter like in a mausoleum- I did not wait. Mediocre drinks and powdered juices from the vending machine, packaged juices are greedy, fruits are frankly plastic, and cherries in stores (large chain stores), and even more expensive than in Russia. The contingent is calm: family Russians, family Germans and retired Germans. There is absolutely nothing to do in the neighborhood in the evening. The animators at first openly phoned, then swayed a little. Total: a place for a family vacation in the "seal" mode without gastronomic delights.
Good hotel, excellent food, interesting performances every evening. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the water is gentle, great for children. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, but there are free buses from the hotel.
I recommend.
I really liked everything.10-15 minutes walk to the sea.But we always took the bus for 3 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly.Aigul works very well at the reception.Solves all issues instantly. The beach is very nice, sandy.Great cuisine, great cooking, thanks to the chef, they made bouquets of flowers from vegetables and pictures of watermelons. There was a huge amount of food.We were late September, early October. We liked everything there.
+: Kind, smiling staff, the food is delicious and quite varied, a large swimming pool, but they did not swim in it because (rumor has it) the water is poured 1 time per season and then only chlorinated. Otherwise, I liked everything, there is not much to cling to negatively.
-: the alcohol is local, the quality is questionable, there was no severe hangover, but the stomach is not very happy after it. Cocktails are disturbing to the eye, beer and wine are disgusting. But everyone has their own tastes.
Neutral: 10 minutes walk to the sea, there is a bus for the particularly lazy.
We went from an Intourist: guides sell everything they can. Convenient, but expensive. Everything that is advertised, excursions, shops, etc., divide everything by 3. Do not expect how beautifully they will tell you everything.
In the shops near the hotel, check all goods carefully, especially food. If the candies are in boxes, then the candies will lie only where the box allows you to look.
Everything is cheaper in manavgat (where locals buy) or in chain stores (it's better in lira, it's always more expensive in dollars).
Excursions are offered a lot on the street next to the hotel, you can go bargain, but immediately specify what you will have to pay extra for.
We went with my husband at the end of October. The hotel is small but cozy.I really liked the food. The kitchen is gorgeous. The most diverse menu. One drawback is that Russian is poorly spoken at the reception
The hotel is excellent, the rooms are good, but not all are well located. Since it is located on the second line, there are 5 pools,
aquagorks. A free bus runs regularly to the beach, and there is a restaurant on the beach where you can have lunch. In the evening, a children's disco lasting 1 hour, but the program is in German. There are half Russians and half Germans in the hotel. We liked it.
Good rest, no frills. It will do for winter. By the way, out of 300 Germans vacationing in winter, there were only four Russians, including us. The attitude is great, so everyone is writing nonsense. Be more careful

A good restaurant. You can always find something that you like.
The family rooms are very good, although the creaking stairs just killed, and the air conditioners that turn off when opening the loggia were terribly annoying.
The beach is sandy. Great for children of all ages. Entering the water varies in depth. Shallow, then deeper, then shallow again, then deeper again. So you can go into the sea for 30 meters and the depth will not exceed 1.2 meters. To swim, you will have to walk another 15-20 meters. But this is not a problem. Good sun beds. Not sagging. Although I can't call the beach clean. Sand is not sifted on it. As a result, some sticks accumulate there, sometimes cigarette butts. But there is no large debris. They try to clean it up.
There are shuttles to the sea and back. They go quite often. But it is not difficult to walk. The journey takes no more than 10 minutes. Of these, 3 are the road along the embankment and 1 is along the beach.
If I have the opportunity to come, I will come again.
Great hotel! We had a rest from 5 to 12 August 2018. The food is delicious, even too much! The staff speaks Russian. The animation is decent. There was entertainment for both an 8-year-old and a 14-year-old.
A beautiful hotel. Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. There is a minibus to the sea, but you can walk for 5 minutes. There is almost no animation for children
Good afternoon!
Impressions about the hotel are extremely mixed.
We had a rest from 02 to 11 June together with our five-year-old daughter. The decision to travel was made spontaneously, in an extremely short time, so we agreed to almost the first thing that the travel agent offered in Side in accordance with the approximate range of our preferences. Before that, we rested at the Blue Waters Club, which is probably why my expectations from this hotel were higher than what happened in reality.
We arrived at the hotel around one o'clock in the afternoon, the room was not ready, so we were offered lunch and a walk until two o'clock, which we did.
Upon check-in, we were offered a room on the ground floor, I didn't remember exactly, something like 1124. When I entered the room and opened the curtains, I discovered that someone's cheerful ass in red underpants was at eye level. As it turned out, the windows of the room overlook the pool 16+. It seemed that the room level was slightly lower than the pool level, and they (the room and the pool) were very close to each other. I had a feeling that this was a basement room.
For an additional fee of $ 25, Bakhytkul at the reception kindly offered us room 1420, which offers a beautiful view of both the stage and the sea (side). The view of the stage certainly gave its advantage, such as watching the show from the balcony, however, guests with children and those who go to bed early should keep in mind that audibility, even with the balcony door closed and the curtains drawn, is excellent.
To be honest, I didn't have a feeling when I checked in that we were welcome. And they forgot to put bracelets on our hands. Almost a day later, I went to the reception and asked what was meant. Then they put it on:-).
There are a lot of people in the hotel. very. They are everywhere:-). There is no sense of peace at all. There is a feeling that you are in the waiting room at the train station. There are very few tables for this huge number of people both in the restaurant on the 2nd floor (where breakfast and lunch are held) and in the restaurant on the 1st floor (where dinner is held). Perhaps this is due to the fact that there is no restaurant in the neighboring Dream Family Club hotel and all guests from it come to eat at the Dream World Hill restaurants. Anyway, there was a feeling of barracks in the restaurant, it was sad to look at those who did not run in time for the opening and had to walk with a lost look between the occupied tables. We ourselves had to dine on cakes and cookies three times in a pastry shop on the 1st floor, as we were late for lunch from excursions or just from the beach. I guess it just won't do.
The Wi-fi, it seemed to me, is very rotten. He works well in the lobby. But in the room, only if you sit on the edge of the bed closer to the hallway and bathroom:-). In other places, it will go out, then go out :–).
A couple of times every day, the electricity went out steadily for a few seconds, I can imagine how people felt in the elevators.
The pools are good. The slides are good. The children's slides are also good. The water is the warmest in the pools of 16+. The coldest is in the kindergarten:-) Algida ice cream is served near the pools at certain times (there is less queue for it in the Hill than in the Club) and waffles with donuts.
The green bus to the sea struck my imagination. Of course, I understand that in Turkey they pay little attention to the rules of the road, but this system is right out of the ordinary: when traveling to the sea, he backs into the lane so that he turns against traffic, then drives along the oncoming lane for some small (thank you!) time, then through the double solid turns right through two lanes onto a country lane to the sea. And so every day 4 times an hour :-). There is no pedestrian crossing in the visible area near the hotel. If you leave the hotel and go right in about 4 minutes it will be there.
The approach to the sea is gentle and good. There is a shower, toilet, bar, and a tiny playground on the beach. There are not enough sun beds, those who come unscheduled (immediately after breakfast running) risk settling on towels between the awnings and the sea. The toilets on the beach are not clean and are designed so that when the doors to the cabins are opened, it does not open completely and rests against the toilet:-). Moms who help young children use the toilet will appreciate :-).
In the toilets on the 1st floor, one of the hand-washing taps does not work systematically, the door to one of the booths closes only with the shoulder (:-D), probably installed incorrectly, the lights go out in all booths every fifteen seconds :-).
It should be noted that waiters in restaurants have started learning Russian, so to speak, in the field. This is certainly pleasant, since they do not understand English at all. Only Turkish and German.
The table in restaurants is varied, but monotonous:-). There seems to be a lot of everything, but it's the same thing every day. I repeat, there are a lot of people, a crush. There is a ban on children under 12 years of age to put food on their own plates, this is justified not only by the fact that children can be clumsy, but also by safety: they will simply trample! Drinks are brought by waiters, these are juice drinks and coffee from vending machines, soda and something alcoholic. I can't say anything about the last one mentioned, since I haven't tried it, the rest is normal. Fresh food at breakfast – 1.5 euros, on the beach – 3 euros.
The mini disco is in German, but they try to add Russian words:-) The mini club is a room behind the restaurant on the 2nd floor, we only got to draw with pencils.
In general, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are a lot of questions about both the concept and its implementation.
