Belgosstrakh did its own calculation, and the guys did theirs.Please note that everything with receipts and certificates of completed work is absolutely legal and transparent.The difference with Belgosstrakh at one hundred was twice as much.Of course , it was scary that they wouldn 't pay .....But after providing all the checks and certificates, writing a statement on recalculating the calculation according to the actual cost spent, I was paid everything.

I will add more than six months later: no joints popped out after the guys' work, the paint did not peel off anywhere, all the spare parts work properly. According to the insurance, the difference in payment amounted to a little more than a thousand Belarusian rubles.

The quality of the work performed is disgusting. A month ago, it was repaired by their insurance, so after they took the car to work, they postponed the deadlines three times under various pretexts. Then, after I took the car, I went to them twice during the week to finish their imperfections, for which the money was spent, but the work was not completed. In my case, the heated mirrors were not connected and the door card was broken. It's good that I saw and turned to them, they completed it without any problems. But the sediment remained. Okay, they forgot to connect the heated mirror, but not to say that they broke the door card in the hope that the client would not notice - this is unacceptable. Now, a month later, the bumper is gone. Now I doubt that they can repair anything at all. What else will come out is unknown, they hide their jambs in every possible way, although if you point a finger at them, they do not refuse to fix them.
I gave the car away after an accident due to an insured event, after 2 weeks I got a call that I was ready. As a result, the parking sensors do not work, the gap between the wing and the body is about a centimeter on the rear bumper, the front bumper sticks out from under the headlights. I drove it to fix it, the parking sensors were connected, they promised to fix the front near the headlights, in the end they just pushed it in, the rear bumper stretched, we can't fix the fasteners, as a result, we pulled the protection of the arches there the screws are broken. I asked him to fix it, they didn't fix it properly, well, now the examination and the court.

Good time of day. I do not recommend this service to anyone. They don't meet any deadlines, they feed you breakfast, the question is, why take so many cars if you can't cope with them? I waited two and a half months for repairs that could be done in a maximum of two weeks. They didn't even get close to the color! The car is multicolored. The build is very average, for these "masters" you need to check and fix everything yourself. In my case, the car was given out all dirty in the dust from repairs, littered with dirty old spare parts. With a repair amount of several thousand rubles, this service will want to save 5 rubles for you and will supply you with the cheapest Chinese license plate frame, and even with its own advertising. In general, the service is very low, if you need a high-quality repair, then this is definitely past.
We restored the car after the accident due to an insured event, recommended by a friend, repaired their car from America, he also took our car for work, everything was done well.
The payment from the insurance company also helped, it was 451 rubles,
the work cost used spare parts 1860 rubles, the insurance company paid up to 1790, we had a problem before the accident on the bumper. We are satisfied, as they have not yet informed us by phone from Minsk, even when they left, they consulted us for two weeks. It is pleasant to work with such companies.
I applied for the restoration of the 2019 Mustang (hinged front + shallow slipway) because of the positive feedback and repair experience. The timing is fine, in the voiced + 1...2 weeks are packed. Prices are above average (for painting work (front bumper, 2 wings, hood, wing arrow, door outside, opening, threshold trim = $ 1020; slipway, "gaps", door repair, assembly = $ 800.). I was counting on the quality. The manager is the notorious Maxim. Next is the circus.
1) On painting: THE QUALITY IS WORTHLESS! They got into the color. The photo shows the results of their activities: sprays on the elements (heat insulator, glass, rubber bands, inner plastic, etc.), debris in the paint, crust, traces of stripping. They didn't even remove the masking tape! After the discovery, they agreed to fix it. The results of the "correction": a layer of paint + varnish was bluntly applied over the old one, as a result, the varnish with the base was used (places with garbage remained); the factory number on the arrow was painted over. The heat insulator was ruined. The edges of the remaining elements show traces of stripping and irregularities. In the place with the thread under the paint, Maxim replied: "IN TOLERANCE!"
2) On assembly: the bumper was disfigured (verbally Maxim said that it was overheated during assembly), after the paint began to crack on the bumper and a chip appeared; the threshold mount was broken; the bumper grille was broken, trying to glue it TO SUPERGLUE, CARL! Without saying anything, they gave it away. From the 3rd time and 2 weeks of waiting, the place of the breakdown was repaired and tinted. They tried to expose the gaps somehow; you can evaluate them from photos of their work on Mustangs (unfortunately, I looked at them late).
3) For spare parts: they threw away some spare parts suitable for repair (this is part of my fault, because I did not tell them to leave them); after tire repair, they threw away an entire Goodyear tire (I asked them to leave it; I had to buy an axle kit because of this).
4) According to the documents: they do not work as an organization of DSTim LLC (UNP
193128341; on the website), and as IP Kolbasin D.A. (UNP 192311257; owner of the service station).
Of the positive, only the adequacy of the owner of the service station Dmitry, who agreed to compensate for some of the work.
In relation to the client, it is a classic: politeness and responsiveness exactly until the moment of payment for the work. After that, from the category of "You scratched yourself", "We will fix it, but why didn't you show it before?", etc. etc. How are things with other clients and why mostly positive reviews, I do not know, described specifically my situation.
Will I recommend this service station or will I contact you again? Definitely not.
It was done in a week. The color was perfectly matched. After the inspection, we fixed a few small flaws that I didn't like. I will recommend them on occasion
The guys are funny, they counted the cost of used spare parts more than the new ones from the officials, so decide for yourself and think for yourself)

The result surprised me - the car looks better than before the accident!!! Everything is painted in the same color, everything is aligned and replaced. Even the headlights that had problems before the accident were replaced. The bumper looks like it came from the factory and all the parts are assembled, the hood is smooth, all the details are in place. "There would be no happiness, but misfortune would help!" The car now looks even cooler!
All the necessary documents were prepared for transfer to the insurance company and everything was put on the shelves. I haven't overpaid a penny.
