I always make an appointment in advance and have never had to wait more than five minutes if there is a heavy workload.
Yesterday, 05/14/2025, it was serviced again by appointment at 17.00. And again I was very satisfied - the car was washed perfectly! I want to say a huge thank you to the young man who washed my car!! He did his job perfectly!!!! Plus, the promotion was for me to vacuum the car interior for free!!! I left in a great mood until next time!!

This is not the first time I have come to this car wash and, as before, only good impressions. This time I turned to the guys about cleaning the car, as the floor and seats had already accumulated multiple contaminants, and before the summer season I was thinking of combing the car. I drove the car in the morning and left it for a day. But in the evening they called and said that everything was ready. I was very pleased with the result. Even the blurred spots on the doors were resuscitated, although I thought that time had already taken its toll. Also, all the stains and salt on the floor, which appeared in the winter, were eliminated, leaving only minor flaws in inaccessible places. But I understood this, because I ordered dry cleaning without disassembling the seats. The back sofa has become ideal after the children's rides with cookies and drinks. In general, I am your regular customer, as the quality of both washing and dry cleaning is at the highest level. And I especially wanted to mention the work of the admins. Although they changed over time, each of them always offered, after examining the car, the best options necessary for washing and cleaning at that moment, pointing out nuances that I hadn't even noticed.

It's not the first year I've been visiting this car wash, even though I don't live near it. I work in a taxi myself and at the same time serve both a work and a personal car. The staff here is friendly and courteous. Administrator Maxim always listens very attentively to all requirements and requests, gives recommendations on which complex of work is best performed based on the pollution of the car. Employees, in turn, perform their work quickly and efficiently. There is a cozy waiting room. The sink is just great, I recommend it to everyone.

It seems like a standard car wash, washed, everything is beautiful. I examined it on the spot, but I hoped for a conscientious approach and did not get attached. When I got home, I opened the trunk - as it was before the car wash, it still remained, apparently they started working and forgot to wash. Although I announced the car wash and vacuum cleaner in the trunk separately. I don't recommend it. There should be attention to the obvious, especially at such a price.

To be honest, the sink is so-so (leaves much to be desired). The entrance to the sink is inconvenient (there is dust, dirt, sand and pits). After I arrived, I got the impression that I got to some ordinary "express" car wash. I found the administrator (he's the second cleaner, sort of) 5 minutes later, drove the car into the box, it turned out that 3 cars were being washed there at the same time (which is super strange)) . The car was washed in two phases, after which it was impromptu dried (wiped with semi-dirty (which may later cause scratches), but, it seems, with the right microfiber towel. Moreover, they wiped it very strangely, as if driving away water, but at the same time two hands of the cleaner pressed the rag closely to the body. No air drying, blowing mirrors, in general, there are a lot of water and stains left, which was confirmed when I drove a couple of kilometers. To summarize, this is not detaling or even some kind of cool car wash, just an average car wash, where they don't know how to dry cars..

I arrived at the appointed time, but my car was not taken to work, the administrator asks me to wait and a car washer enters our conversation and begins to pour out his pain that cars with different contaminants arrive and different time is required for the service. I didn't really understand why he got into our conversation at all. They were detained for 20 minutes.
After that, when the car drove into the box, I decided to clarify which chemistry would be used in the complex, because for me it is important and I emphasized this point when recording on the phone that German chemistry is needed. But the new administrator did not quite understand me, after a minute of conversation he heard me and called the price 70 rubles, the same as it was announced on the phone.
Well, I thought well) but I still did not understand whether German chemistry was used, but the mat in boxing was definitely used for the service, how you work with girls is unclear to me. But okay, your business…
When the car could be picked up, they asked me to pay in advance and the administrator starts talking to me about the cream code, that the price of 70 rubles is the price of cream, although they did not say a word about it on the phone and before the service.
I paid, I go to pick up the car and understand that there are questions about the service, mirrors, a tank hatch, under the license plates, headlights, well, in short, everything was not blown through with a compressor, and this immediately smudges ((pedals were not washed at all, well, a bunch of moments… I'm not one of those people who will poke at every point, let them initially do their job perfectly.
And what is very important, when you leave the territory, you have to drive along a dusty road and the car is all dusty behind the barrier ((
But the last straw for writing a review was that in the evening I discovered that my branded monitor towel was missing from the door, this is the first time I have it..((

I accidentally discovered this sink in Yandex.As a result, I was very pleased with the maps.
Convenient location and entrance to the territory (I found it without any problems because the geolocation in the maps is clearly indicated, glowing signs and the name of the sink hang above the hangars themselves).
The quality of the car wash was very pleased, I did a "Nano-wash" with German car chemicals and the result is really super! I also ordered a protective coating of the skin inside.

If we consider the quality of the sink - in general, it is good, you can put 5 stars.
But there are questions about the quality of service and appearance:
1. Recording by phone at a specific time does not make sense, signed up - arrived - queue (( maybe I was so lucky.
2. There is no normal parking nearby to park the car, the cars are just scattered around the territory. There is no feeling that the car is safe.
3. Inside, the sink and waiting room look like an interior for filming a horror thriller. We need at least a cosmetic repair, or to build the process so that people do not see it.
4. You can't pay with a card - now it looks wild. Hopefully temporarily.
