An absolutely unreliable office with a lot of inconveniences:
1. Payment for the goods takes place through replenishment of the balance, which is mandatory in drams, not in rubles, and necessarily at the exchange rate of the bank with which they work. However, the balance itself is in rubles. After replenishing the balance, it is no longer possible to withdraw money from the account.
2. It often happens when the product is in stock, and in huge quantities, but after ordering it simply disappears, and you receive an email with a reply that the product is over. As a result, it is impossible to get either the goods or your own money.
3. A fake may come. Yandex itself does not make any efforts to identify suppliers selling counterfeit goods.
4. The return of the product is not possible in most cases.
5. In Armenia, Yandex does not work directly, but through a network of franchises. If you chose one pick-up point during registration, then it is no longer possible to change it yourself.
