The queue at the cash register is the most disgusting moment, since everyone has several types of payments and the amounts are large, the windows for the cash registers there are about 6 or 8, and only 2 work as always, which is why long queues gather. The queue at the traffic police window didn't seem very fussy to me, they work faster there somehow. And the guys made a record of everyone in the queue and called Natarius by last name.
Everything is organized and organized. The service is top-notch. Comfortable. You can get a State badge on the spot, you can even get paid numbers - there is also an auction for car workers.
Convenient location. There is a possibility of registration and selection of the state. The rooms. In fact, everything is in one place, car purchase and registration.
Terrible service, I would never recommend it to anyone. Starting from the organization, I finish with all the staff, I spent a lot of time for registration. If you haven't decided yet, then it's better not to take cars from them.

The staff is polite, they will advise that something should be filled in or replaced. As for the salon, I can say that there are no cars available that can be purchased. No cobalt, no gentry. Although they are for show, you can't buy them. Either they are waiting for their owners, who have been waiting for a car for a year, or they are heading for overbooking.
We bought 2 cars from this dealer, we were very glad when there was a problem with the second car, the service fixed everything for free. Mom now only goes to their service for THAT
08/18/2023 I took the car from this car dealership. I waited exactly 2 hours for my car to be washed with a carcher. The problem was that there was a long queue due to the carters' departure. This is understandable.
But when the car was given away, representatives of the car dealership also gave a package with chocolate bars from a dubious manufacturer. Arriving home, I found that in September 2023, the term of the chocolates expires.
How low do you have to be to "get rid" of almost expired chocolates from a dubious manufacturer by handing them to car dealership customers. Our mentality is incomprehensible. It would be better if nothing was handed over.
The staff is competent, good craftsmen, the quality of work is at the highest level, there is practically no waiting time, everything was done quickly, the attitude towards customers is conscientious
Got a car. They give out with defects, you show them defects and just like actors, and what , where, show them . Fortunately, at least they will fix everything possible in their service. Given the complete mess at the UZDZHM plant and in other car dealerships, they also give out cars worse. In this car dealership, at least they give out a slightly washed one.
Perhaps the most customer-oriented company in the city!

The downside is economical managers and cheap staff, which is felt when visiting a car dealership. At the same time, the managers are adequate, if a question or problem arises, the advice is not to swear and make a row, but just to talk and explain the situation. Adequate people will understand and do what is possible. But they won't make a car instead of a factory, of course :)
It was strange for me that the car dealership was closed on Sundays! In our country, somehow everyone is used to searching for cars on weekends. Moreover, the car dealership is not located in the city center, you will not get out among the work. Although it may be so convenient for them.
All my friends bought cars at this dealership.

His managers didn't help me. There's nothing to buy there yet.

I am a long-term customer of this car dealership and car service for the last time and the salon is not the same and the car repair shop is not working there many new masters do not know if they can be called masters :) now I do not advise servicing there, I paid for cobalt on the salon account, they said to wait 3 months for more than 7 months of waiting, I received a defective car and then with a mileage of 76 km I am very disappointed I will not serve there anymore and not buy a car:(
