Today, on 10/21/2020 at 2.30 pm, I came here with my daughter. A lot of training cars. I talked to the administrator/watchman: 1) "training" cars can train; 2) "personal" cars can train after 6 p.m. if you have a driving school "membership card". This "subscriber" costs 27 rubles/year. P.S. The site is large, but "loaded" during the day.
