We came to Minsk for one day, stayed on the outskirts of the city, the center was not interested. a small room for two, clean, cozy, two bathrobes, slippers, cosmetics. we had dinner at the restaurant of the complex. it is very tasty, it seems that everything in Belarus is high-quality and delicious. local beer, fish snacks, hot dishes are on top! It's not cheap, but it's worth it. there was no choice for breakfast, but they served dishes of eggs, croutons, salad, something from sausage and sweet pastries for tea, the children who were in the hall were offered another dish, I did not consider. The price of the stay includes a SPA, we did not use it. I definitely recommend it

The room is clean, chic and large. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The room was cleaned daily.
There is a restaurant next to the hotel, where very tasty hearty and mouth-watering breakfasts are served.
There is also a beach not far from the hotel.
The metro station is 5-7min by car.

Everything seems to be very good. Good location, quite decent rooms, good breakfasts (special thanks to the very nice waitress at breakfast - she works very quickly and treats kindly), the presence of her own Parking lot, which almost always has free space.
Among the minor disadvantages are bad pillows. A very uncomfortable shelf above the headboard of the bed- when sitting on the bed, you need to remember about it so as not to hit your head.
And the score could have been quite decent, if not for one thing!!! When cleaning the room, they did not vacuum the carpet and in the evening we returned to the room with a dirty floor. In the morning, I asked the reception to check this issue. That's where it happened BUT)))) Except that I was answered: "Yes, of course," I was advised to choose another hotel in the future. One star is awarded for such customer orientation.

I really liked the hotel. The room was average in class (i.e. they had cheaper rooms, and probably with a higher price tag - I did not specify about them). The price is quite affordable, around 6.5K. It's very cozy and spacious. The territory is well maintained, pleasing to the eye. A nice big beach is a few minutes walk away. The food is delicious, but the price tag is above average. Although beyond the MKAD, it is very convenient to get there by car - 15 minutes and you are in the center. This is the first trip to Minsk, and thanks to the hotel, it left a favorable impression. It's nice to just sit and read a book in it - an incredible relaxation. I didn't go to the spa and basika because I didn't have a swimsuit, but it was included in the price. This is the place you want to come back to.

We stayed several times, everything is fine, the rooms are clean, linen, towels are clean, there are few people in the spa (maybe we were lucky), the territory is cool (green, birds are singing), breakfast, it seemed to me that they asked for breakfast options earlier, this time they served without options, in general, more or less, but I did not I love salad and omelette for breakfast, so it would be great if there were several options to choose from. The hotel successfully combines the building itself and its location. This is a small modern club hotel with 23 rooms with access to the forest park and to the shore of the Minsk Sea.
The building is in good condition, the furniture is not old, the plumbing is of a decent level.
The staff is attentive, friendly, and responds quickly to requests. The cleaning is good.
A fairly large swimming pool with a hammam and sauna. We returned from the tour at 11 pm, ordered a pool for an hour for two from 12 to one for only 60 Belarusian rubles. Great - no one bothers, I don't want to swim! On weekends, the load is higher, but on weekdays everything is very good.
Three minutes from the beach N5. If you want to relax on the water, it will be quite civilized.
A good restaurant, though with almost no local cuisine.
What can you find fault with - without lowering the rating, for the administration more - plumbing does not work exactly as you want. Toilet seats without a microlift, the gel dispenser in the shower must be pressed twenty times to dial enough, the shower door stopper flew off, the shower hose is digging up. That is, everything works, but there are shoals.

Great hotel! We liked everything , I can recommend it . Of the nuances: 1. behind the Mkad, 20 minutes by car to the center 2. The pool is free until 12.00. These moments did not spoil the stay there in any way. Near the beach and the reservoir, An excellent restaurant on site, incredible snails in the bakery that I can't forget, a TV with a bunch of channels. Two years ago, my family and I visited Minsk from Moscow and stayed at this hotel. At that time, the receptionists at the reception showed insufficient kindness. They exchanged unpleasant glances and started talking about how hard life is for Belarusians, while everything is fine in Moscow. I didn't pay much attention to it, but the unpleasant feeling still remained. As for the food, there are no complaints — the food was delicious. However, there are comments about the cleanliness of the room, which was a standard triple, as it looked a little tired.
This year, when we went to Minsk again, we could not find a suitable hotel, and we turned to this one again. For a long time, no one answered the phone, and when I asked about the availability of rooms, I was informed that everything was occupied and recommended to call back in two hours. It sounded a little strange — it would be logical to write down the client's number and call back yourself. I called back two hours later, but again I couldn't get through the first time. Finally, I was told that there was still no information about available rooms, although it was already around 14:00 at the time of the call. The whole process was accompanied by a lack of interest in the client.
As a result, we stayed at another hotel nearby. This morning, at 10:00, I tried to call from another number to clarify information about breakfast and the cafe, but they did not answer the phone. As a result, I am deeply disappointed with such a service and sincerely feel sorry for the owner of this institution, because he has demotivated employees or just staff who do not show proper professionalism.

Among the advantages: the location of the hotel, bike rental
Cons: we booked a room with 1 large bed on the website. Upon arrival, it turned out that the reservation had not been processed, it was good that they did not stay on the street. "There are only 23 rooms in the hotel, it is not profitable for us to equip all rooms with double beds." I'm attaching a photo.
The dashboard buzzes in the room as if you are sleeping under a power line. Fortunately, they were allowed to de-energize the room for the night. I also attach a photo.
I have arachnophobia. 1 spider was waiting for us in the curtain, the second one was on the bathroom floor.
For breakfast, they ask for cappuccino / Americano and whether juice is needed. Cappuccino is bitter, not invigorating. Everyone is equally served an omelet with 1 piece of bacon (without asking the guests about allergies / preferences) and a quarter of a tomato, a sandwich, a sweet bun.
The general impression is that the cost of living is overstated by 2 times. There should be a different level of quality for 205byn

В целом, все понравилось. Положение отеля хорошее, рядом река, пляж, можно покидать спининг, на берегу есть беседки с мангалами. Номер чистый, большой, кондиционер, холодильник, ты работают.
Теперь о небольших минусах: нет чайника, за кипятком надо идти в ресторан. Это не удобно. Вода в кулеое, но на первом этаже его нет, надо идти на второй, в конец коридора. Это не удобно.
В отеле есть бассейн, в целом здорово, мало народа утром, но уж очень пахнет хлоркой.
Есть ресторан, в нем проходят завтраки, но уж очень они однообразные, приносят сами официанты, выбора нет, только напитки можно выбрать. Нет каш, творога, фруктов, олажьев, блинов.... В основном - яишница, омлет. Плюс сэндвич или сосиска, плюс круасан иди штрудель.
Для наших целей - остановиться на 2-3 дня, посмотреть город- очень неплохо.

As young people, we were given one night as a gift, we paid for the rest, but apparently the free night played a role, plus I repeat, I did not check the room in advance, so when I checked in, I was surprised by the tiny size of the room (on the day of the fees, everyone was on each other's heads), there were no other available rooms. Otherwise, a standard hotel, but do not take heavy suitcases, there is no elevator))
According to the restaurant itself, we ate in the main hall and on the banquet menu, there are no complaints about the kitchen, everything is sooo delicious!!!

В целом отель неплохой
Отель находится за городом, рядом с Минском. У нас был небольшой, но уютный и чистый номер, в номере халаты и тапочки, удобная кровать, в отеле есть зона спа, бассейн,сауна, хамам. Вроде есть все для наивысшей оценки. НО! Все портит персонал! Девушки-администратора было слишком много! За один вечер и утро пребввания в отеле мы узнали, какая температура в сауне, как моются стеклянные фасады, кто из персонала плохо работает. Нет, она не нам это рассказывала, это она периодически отчитывала персонал, но так громко, так навязчиво! В стиле "посмотрите на меня, какая я деловая"! Согласитесь, мы гости, нас это касаться не должно. Завтраки -не шведский стол и не по предзаказу, что очень неудобно для тех, у кого пищевая непереносимость: выбора нет, ешьте то, что дают.

There was no drinking water in the room, the reception did not explain where to get it when checking in, I had to call and clarify specifically. It turned out that you need to go out into the corridor and take a cooler or ask for water at the reception.
The room was cold and cold when I checked in, the check-in time was indicated in my armor, but no one bothered to turn on the heating in advance. Again, I had to call the receptionist myself and ask how to make the room warm. I set the temperature to maximum, but the room became warm only after about five hours.
There are no ramps on the stairs outside and inside, there is also no elevator, it was uncomfortable to overcome these obstacles with a heavy suitcase.
In the morning, I waited in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes and no one appeared or came up. Since I was late and had to check out, I didn't want to sit like this for an indefinite time. Only after contacting the administrator did they come up to me and asked what I would drink - tea or coffee.
The juice and puff were delicious, the bruschetta was absolutely tasteless, besides, bread with lightly salted fish is not bruschetta.
There is no kettle, cups, tea in the room, at least for once

The receptionist helped to lift the suitcase to the second floor, although this is not included, I think, in her duties.

Отель понравился, номер был просторный, большая комфортная туалетная комната, чисто аккуратно, сервис тактичный, единственное что не понравилось, что в отеле довольно тёмное освещение, как в коридорах, так и номере. Но это дело вкуса. Место расположение довольно удобное, близко от центра, близко к большому аквапарку, модно взять велосипед в отеле и покататься по ближайшим велодорожкам.

Отдыхали в ресторане. Очень понравилось обслуживание: быстро, корректно, аккуратно.
Меню: вкусно, аппетитно, красиво, на любой вкус. Музыка фоновая- не навящевая, живая музыка- отличная, а вот дискотека- хотелось бы более молодёжную... Рекомендую к отдыху для любой компании и торжества.

Замечательный отель, для спокойного отдыха лучше не найти, хорошее обслуживание, очень хороший ресторан, спа зона от неё я в восторге, чистый свежий воздух, рядом водоём , всё ухожено, я л, ень довольна что там побывала, планирую ещё туда съездить.

Отдыхали в этом отеле 3 дня. Отель понравился, есть бассейн, две бани: хамам и сауна, очень прилично все! Хороший ресторан с вкусной едой и отличным обслуживанием, диджей на высоте! Девушки на ресепшен всегда отзывчивые и готовые помочь по всем вопросам. В номерах чисто и уютно, есть халаты и тапочки, убирают каждый день. Единственный минус, но это практически во всех отелях, звукоизоляция слабая, как повезет с соседями. Есть охраняемая парковка на территории отеля. Рядом лес и прогулочная зона, можно взять велосипеды(бесплатно) и покататься по набережной! Нам понравилось, тем более с бассейном, наши дети были в восторге. Есть желание вернуться в этот отель еще раз. Рекомендую!

Проживали в новогодние праздники. Всё было неплохо: чисто, уютно, утреннее посещение спа, вкусные завтраки... из минусов: по вечерам спа арендовали, и не было возможности посетить. Но это во многих отелях, как я поняла. БОЛЬШОЙ МИНУС для отеля - неприветливость и дерзость администратора Ирины!!! Что отмечали многие гости отеля(((
В остальном и про остальной персонал лишь положительное впечатление и благодарность
