We are waiting for the grading of the 50-meter section of the road for the 3rd month. Holes and potholes are such that they touch the bottom of the car. The previous application (in January 2024) was closed by this desk for unknown reasons (although the work was not completed). The second application from the beginning of February has already expired. There is no one answering the phones in this desk, and they are not doing their job. Probably, after all, it is necessary to order a KGC check on them in order to find out on what basis the applications are closed and not fulfilled.
The work of this organization simply does not go through any gates. I start from the dispatcher and finish with the management. The remark and the suggestion are not perceived and do not make decisions.
The road service does not work from the word - AT ALL! No complaints about unsatisfactory work help either. The impression is that they "scored" on everyone .
