Good time of day. I was booking a hotel on a business trip. They provided a room on the third floor. It was a silent horror! USSR renovation, lack of shower/tub, wooden windows, etc.
It was the time of early spring, it was snowing. For three days, the time spent in this room blew out the entire back, neck, and the like. The windows did not close normally, they were not sealed, and the temperature in the room was below zero.
I pulled an assessment only for the staff, according to my memory, I even left a review in the KZiP. At my first request about the inhumane living conditions, I was moved to a suite room. Of course, the shower was still broken, but the room was cozy and warm. PVC windows I have never appreciated so much. The watch apologized for the circumstances, did not take an additional one.She paid and behaved as professionally as possible. There was no need to conflict, this is a pleasant circumstance.
The hotel urgently needs a sponsor and repairs! Beds from the Second World War, wallpaper from the same place.
The staff is wonderful: patient, responsible. I was pleased with that.
Otherwise, the place is a DISASTER!
Unfortunately, there is nowhere else to roll the dice in this city. I hope for restoration. I also hope not to come from this city with a diagnosis of Bronchitis anymore.
Of all the rooms in the hotel, there are only 2 rooms with a shower. They cannot be booked, as some builders live there who can extend the rooms. I lived for a week in a suite with 2 beds in the room, thin flannelette blankets, under which it was cold, even an extra blanket did not save. The kettle, which is on the list in the room, was provided only for the 3rd day of stay. The story of the shower cabin is completely separate. There is one in the room, but a pallet is punched in it and, accordingly, it is impossible to use it. How to live? I have no idea. There is only one operating hotel in the city, and even then it cannot provide at least some conditions for living. I had to agree to what I had.
