Here I got perhaps the most unsuccessful haircut in my life. After more than a year of growing my hair, I expected a professional approach, but Master Kristina not only ruined the shape, but also left the hair so short that now it is almost impossible to fix it. The haircut turned out to be without a shape, and the hair was profiled so that within 30 minutes after the salon styling, they turned into something similar to fluff and feathers.
Initially, Kristina was shown a reference to a bob-bob haircut from the salon's portfolio on Instagram, with separate comments about the bangs and the shape of the haircut on her face. But even that wasn't enough. Already at the drying stage, it became clear that the result did not correspond at all to either the example or my wishes. When I started making comments, Kristina said that she "couldn't keep working like this." After a short pause, the work continued, but the length of the hair decreased by another 4 cm, and the density disappeared with each "final touch".
In the end, my comments were ignored, and Kristina constantly shifted the responsibility onto me.: "You don't explain well," "You wanted to do it yourself." This attitude is the height of unprofessionalism!
And that's not all. The owner of the salon insisted on paying for the service, referring to the costs of water, electricity, shampoo, disposable towels and collars — which is simply absurd. What did I end up paying for? For a ruined haircut and a complete lack of professionalism?
Master Kristina, I sincerely wish you to find a job where you do not need to communicate with people — this is clearly not your strong point.
This salon is the worst I've ever been to. A complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Take care of your nerves and hair, avoid this place!

I've been getting a haircut in this studio almost since their opening, and the salon positions itself as a reasonable price for a corresponding haircut....But the last visit puzzled me, to put it mildly. What happened was that their new master stigmatized me, and everything went out of hand badly, past the fact that the haircut was not very good, to put it mildly, we met the time in half an hour, and for a haircut for a typewriter with 2 nozzles, I paid 30 rubles. In general, I did not understand what I paid for and did not understand the haircut, although I part with my hair quite easily. I didn't like it.
