One of the most luxurious restaurants in Taraz. Level above 5+. Delicious, comfortable, prestigious, rich! We were passing through, Conveniently located. I recommend it to those who like to have a great meal )
I was very disappointed to visit Dubai Mangal on 04/05/2025. The food here is really delicious, but the service has completely ruined the experience.
1. A reservation that did not exist.
We booked a table a MONTH IN ADVANCE, but on the day of the visit it turned out that our reservation was "lost". We had to wait and be nervous, even though we were planning a holiday.
2. Staff negligence.
The waitress Aruna (if you can call it service) caused a real disaster. At first, she spilled oil on the dress without even apologizing properly. And then, as if in mockery, she dropped the fruit on the man! 🤦♂️ No compensation, no attempt to rectify the situation — just an indifferent "oh, it happens."
3. Zero reaction to problems.
After such nightmarish moments, we expected the administrator to at least offer an apology or compensation. But no, everything remained as it is. It seems that the guests here are not appreciated at all.
Food is the only thing that keeps the restaurant afloat. But because of such a terrible service, don't set foot here anymore. I do not recommend it to those who value their time, nerves and clothes.
The food is extremely delicious, the cook likes it, the prices are sooo reasonable, even I would say lower than in similar establishments. -2 points for the staff. I haven't seen such a haughty look from the staff for a long time) by the way, the portions are unrealistically large. The same beshparmak is a 2-course portion. The Malibu salad is delicious. The barbecue is good. There aren't many desserts. Dubai chocolate is priced at 4,000 for a small bar that has nothing to do with the original.
