The heating in the apartment does not work, or rather, water flows from under the heat meter. We contacted the PDM, and they say that the warranty case, let the developer eliminate it and turn off the heating in the apartment. They don't talk about deadlines. But there is experience! The heat meter does not work in the apartment of the Aruba house, they left an application in 23... and now it's 10.10.24 and everything is unchanged! Also a warranty case!!

The employees of this organization are absolutely not competent in matters of jurisprudence. At the consultation, which was free of charge, they were convinced that a document compiled with their help could help in my situation, which in turn cost a lot of money and turned out to be just a printed retelling of my words. It was as if the consultant listened to the mistakes made, but did not delve into them, and it is generally ridiculous to talk about grammatical errors, although it is not surprising, given the age of the employees, there is simply no experience to come from. Under no circumstances do not contact this company, they will not help, they will only add problems.

As I understood and friends said (who built an apartment in Minsk-mir) and faced problems, everything is sharpened so that people themselves eliminate all the shortcomings and problems. Disgusting and incompetent leadership that allows itself such things.
