But there is experience! The heat meter does not work in the apartment of the Aruba house, they left an application in 23... and now it's 10.10.24 and everything is unchanged! Also a warranty case!!

INUR LLC, Minsk, Prushinsky str., 1, room 114, is an organization that promises legal assistance, but do not be fooled, this is just the name. The employees of this organization are absolutely not competent in matters of jurisprudence. At the consultation, which was free of charge, they were convinced that a document compiled with their help could help in my situation, which in turn cost a lot of money and turned out to be just a printed retelling of my words. It was as if the consultant listened to the mistakes made, but did not delve into them, and it is generally ridiculous to talk about grammatical errors, although it is not surprising, given the age of the employees, there is simply no experience to come from.
Under no circumstances do not contact this company, they will not help, they will only add problems.

A week has passed, the apartment is renovated, all the walls are in drywall for painting, humidity and dampness. no one called, I went to chkalov 38. There is no my application. No one has transmitted anything. The next day, the engineer arrived, drew up an act, and also said to wait, said that he would give it to the warranty department.
As I understood and friends said (who built an apartment in Minsk-mir) and faced problems, everything is sharpened so that people themselves eliminate all the shortcomings and problems. Disgusting and incompetent leadership that allows itself such things.

Don't get fooled, they definitely won't help you there. It is easier to find a lawyer or a lawyer and consult with him directly, rather than through third parties, and at the same time pay 3 times more for papers that most likely will not help you.

I called a plumber in Minsk-mir twice.
the first time he came to clean the pipes, he said that he did not have that much time, turned around and left, called the hot number, they said they would figure it out and silence.
the second time I asked for help in connecting the installation, the plumber came, but said he couldn't do it.
BOTTOM LINE: except for the big name, they are no different from the ZHES, and maybe ZHES is better in some ways, cheaper at least)
