Super friendly salon and great service! We did a tire fitting on a BMW, we couldn't get to Bavaria - they are very busy with something else ;-). As a bonus, the chain was cleaned. They also know how to correctly determine the direction of the rubber in front and behind! Well done, thank you!

In conditions of a shortage of motorcycles, everything is sold before the motorcycle arrives at the salon, no pleasant details... You even need to buy a measuring stick... For a moment, this is a premium brand!!! Five stars for the manager Nastya and the girl in charge of the school!

I can't say anything about the salon, but the motorcycle school is something. Deployment for today, May 10, 2021, Medeo. On the appointed day, the training bike broke down or got up for scheduled repairs. Okay, it doesn't matter, we'll wait, a replacement for classes at another motorcycle school was helpfully offered. That is, you paid for classes at Ducati school, but you can take a course at another school, on another bike and with a price tag 1.5 times lower. The bike was repaired, on the first day the instructor was 30 minutes late, anything happens, on the second I saw him through the car window at the Dostyk-Omarova intersection, returning from Medeo at 10:25, given that classes are scheduled for 10:00 at Medeo. There was no call with a warning about the cancellation of the lesson. Of course, the desire to use the services of such responsible people disappeared instantly. Apologies and promises of a refund have been received, but the finances themselves are not. Bottom line, my advice is to choose a more down-to-earth, less alpine motorcycle school, maybe Ducati and Ferrari in the world of motorcycle schools, but it's unlikely that this will make it easier for you personally.
