We had a family vacation. We rented it for a day. The houses are neat with an open veranda on which, in warm weather, it is pleasant to sit in the evening with a cup / mug / glass.... Almost all the rooms were occupied, and at the same time it was quiet on the territory, no one was making noise, the vacationers were calm, mostly children or couples.
Inside the houses it is quite cozy: separate bedrooms and a large living room combined with a kitchen. The water is heated from the boiler. For a longer period, you can also completely stay at any time of the year (in autumn and winter, electric heaters are turned on).
But the most important thing for which we chose this place, of course, is nature. The base is located deep in the forest on the shore of the lake. The lake is shallow, therefore quiet and without waves, it's nice to just sit on the shore or on the bridge with or without a fishing rod, it doesn't matter.
A great option for a family vacation away from the noise.

The campsite is located in the forest by the lake. Silence and beauty. The house has two separate rooms. The interior is decorated with light clapboard, ikea furniture. Wonderful air. The base's caretaker, Nikolai, suggested where to go for mushrooms. Cons: there are 2 pots in the room. You need to cook yourself, one for soup, and in the other you need to cook the side dish and put it out hotter and have one saucepan for everything. The manager warned that the WiFi was weak, but for two days it was not there at all. The equipment in the house is already battered - the washing machine and shower are leaking.

We had a rest with my husband for a week, I liked everything. The room is clean and comfortable. Everything is available for relaxation: dishes, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. The room is very cozy. We were very lucky with the weather, we sunbathed, swam, and fished. But there were no mushrooms. And even the noisy and brazen company of men in the neighboring house did not spoil the impression. The administration is very attentive and responsive. We plan to come in winter.

A good place if you want to take a break from civilization. There is practically no Internet, WiFi works very poorly, you can't watch the video. The fenced area is relatively small. There is a small beach, you can swim, rent boats. A swan swam to us. You can also walk in the woods. We gathered chanterelles and cooked them. There is a sauna, you can play tennis. You need to cook the food yourself, for this the houses have a kitchen. The house where we lived is very cozy. However, on the first day we had a rat in our room, an employee of Duck Lake had to catch it and escort it out. The staff themselves are polite and responsive.

Very cozy and pleasant location. The lake is warm and there are a lot of fish. The host and the administrator are super! We felt very good and comfortable, despite the bad weather, the hurricane and the rain. There is a delicious supermarket nearby! The city of Polotsk is charming and hospitable. Interesting excursions and wonderful food! We will definitely come back!

A wonderful place to relax! Nice houses, comfortable, shower, toilet, good water pressure. All the household appliances that a city person is used to. The water in the room is of good quality, no foreign smell, no sediment.
I wish the base prosperity, from the shortcomings: replace the pans, you can't cook on them; fix the slats in the bed, replace the light bulbs with normal LED ones - it's a little dark.

It's a good place. Pine forest, a small lake nearby. I haven't ridden a bike for a hundred years, they rented it with the children and drove it. We have to go to the city for groceries. The houses are cozy. Maybe we were unlucky, but the bed linen had a slightly unpleasant smell, probably dried for a very long time after washing. A good sauna for a fee. There is a barbecue. We rested 2 times, from April 28 to May 1 and October 13 to October 19. The place is magical. In a pine forest, on the shore of Lake Suya. A two-family house. Each room has a TV, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, shower, toilet. There is a sauna on site. Wi-Fi is available. The city of Polotsk is 15 kilometers away. The location is convenient. Recommend👍🏾

We had a vacation with my husband in September. I liked everything. Wonderful nature, lake, swans. The houses are good, you can light the stove if it's cold. Respect to the manager. But I note that there are no kitchen rags, the frying pan is 1000 years old, it's time to replace it, and there is not much smell in the house.

I really liked it! The houses are super. Everything is clean. We were in a large house with 2 bedrooms. There was even a dishwasher. There is a sauna on site. It was well heated by our arrival. There is an exit to the lake next to the bathhouse. I definitely recommend it.

We came to this wonderful place for the 3rd year in a row! The location is simply gorgeous - the base is located right by the lake, which creates a unique atmosphere of tranquility and unity with nature.
The territory is perfectly clean, a big plus is the availability of firewood for the barbecue. I would especially like to note the kindness and responsiveness of the administrator Nikolai Mikhailovich, who was always ready to help.

We returned a couple of days ago from here. There is something to say about this place and I want the owners of the estate to pay attention. It can be seen that the houses were built in good faith, in very good condition, good layout, spacious and most importantly that everything you need is there, then a washing machine and a dishwasher. We lived in a house 5 with a view of the lake, the place is very beautiful, for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. However, there is something to fix, and I want this place to be better and not fall into disrepair. First, you need a normal staff who will keep an eye on the houses and the territory. It's sad when the only person who greets guests and is responsible for the services provided is a drunk and deranged grandfather every day, confusing keys and house numbers. In my opinion, this is the main disadvantage.
The second is the poorly maintained territory of the estate, the grass is not mowed on the beach, the bathing place is overgrown with algae, water lilies and reeds, swimming is very inconvenient and unpleasant, it would be cool to pour sand on the beach, at least for children a sandbox. Another of the disadvantages are abandoned houses on the territory and garbage, old things lying around. And we also need to fix the tiles in the bathroom, which fell off the wall and on the floor, concerns room 5, in which we lived, although in general we really liked the houses, everything is sound and comfortable. I would like to wish the intelligent staff who will support and develop the estate, so that I would like to return here more than once.

We rested three times! I like everything very much. The houses have all the furniture from Ikea. The mattresses are soft, the linen is clean. The kitchen has a full set of dishes. It's warm in winter. Additionally, you can flood the stove. The nature is wonderful, forest, lake, clean air. The house has a barbecue, firewood will also be brought. Near the city of Polotsk with a huge number of shops. In general, all you need to take with you are products and a good company!

The house is cozy, clean, everything is in good condition. There is a small stove-fireplace. Heating by electric convectors, hot water - storage water heater. There is a table and chairs on the terrace. There is a barbecue near the house. In general, even in small things, one feels concern for the comfort of vacationers. The administrator Nikolai Mikhailovich is friendly and sociable, will help solve all issues. Who loves the forest, fishing, picking mushrooms, berries, come here! We liked it (we rested in house 7)!

Gorgeous. Cozy houses, nice views.
The man who looks after the houses is very courteous. At any time, they will help you get everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a children's playpen for sleeping. The furniture is from Ikea, not killed, everything is neat.
You will be offered catamarans and fishing in the warm season and even in autumn.
The only point for me is the audibility between adjacent houses. We filmed both at once and I heard my friends talking behind the wall in the next house in the morning.
In winter, it's not just warm, but it's really hot in the houses.
We were in April, July and October. At different times of the year, rest is wonderful in its own way.

A great place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. We lived in a vip cabin with our family in early August. The first day of arrival was marred by bad weather, which led to a power outage and everything that was supposedly connected (hot and cold water), but the next morning everything was fine. Of the advantages, everything that was necessary was present in the house. I liked the large hall, considering that we always travel with a video projector in the evenings there was a full-fledged cinema!!! The only negative is the poor Internet on the territory, and maybe a plus for a complete shutdown and rest. Thanks to the owners and maintenance staff!!!

We were in the middle of August with my family in a house overlooking the lake. I liked everything, the only strain is the insane number of operating systems... one bit me, the other bit the child- it's terrible... Everything is decent at the campsite - the house is clean, everything is relatively new, in working condition. The head of the campsite, Nikolai Mikhailovich, is always on site and ready to help with all questions. Bathhouse... normal, heater, light steam. But the steam room is huge, and the heater is small, but everything is decent. Fishing, mushrooms, barbecue, swimming in the lake - what else do you need to escape from the metropolis and feel unity with Nature!

Mikhalych used to rustle around the house, the cleaning was good, he repaired furniture, now he is most often "drunk", although he is still kind. I hope the hosts will draw conclusions. The terrace is shared, divided by partitions. There are plenty of places to park the car. The houses are relatively new, clean, and the furniture inside is also quite new from Ikea. It looks beautiful. Inside there is a TV in the common living room. The living room is combined with the kitchen. Two separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom. There is a mini fireplace. In general, the heating of the house is autonomous, you can set a comfortable temperature on the radiator in each room. It is very comfortable. There is also a pier with a gazebo, which is very pleasant to sit in in hot weather. The lake is very beautiful! You can go catamaran riding, fishing and swimming on the lake. The forest road to the campsite, even in rainy weather, is quite passable for ordinary cars.
